Taste of Old Country provides a truly unique artisan market bistro experience that combines the world of food service, private events and retail gourmet food shopping, all under one roof. With direct ties to the Mediterranean and some of the best artisan producers, the company has carefully selected its artisan food presentation to ensure that you as a consumer are enjoying artisan food made to order and the best of the best.

Home of the Mega Platter, a Mediterranean themed charcuterie board as well as a variety of small bites, artisan panini's, salads and desserts, you will definitely have a Taste of Old Country, where everything starts and ends with good food, wine, hospitality and friends.

Conveniently located 1 mile off Exit 47 on I-66 in Balls Ford Center, across the street from the Holiday Inn on Balls Ford Rd.

This place is a diamond in the rough. It was recommended by a friend of ours and she was spot on. Small charming bistro like restaurant. Family run. The food was fresh and delicious. Wonderfully prepared and displayed. Please be patient if you order a charcuterie board, but it is worth the wait. The wine list while small was handpicked by the owner. Wonderful unusual choices that you won’t find other places. Wish we had room for the baklava. Looking forward to returning and trying a Panini.

The food and service were absolutely amazing. We will be back to try the whole menu. Our salads and sandwiches were top notch. We can’t wait to taste the pizzas and charcuterie boards next!

An excellent option for something different but comforting and familiar. The owner is lovely, the food was excellent, and the wine was a refreshing escape from the varietals that are so common. A great place to go all around.

Everything was fantastic! The food, wine and service. I would recommend to anyone who wants a nice evening out with family or a few friends.

If you want to be transported out of the US to the Mediterranean, step through the doors of "Taste of Old Country". A little Bistro tucked away off Rt. 66 in Manassas. From the friendly greeting to the handshake good-by you will be impressed. We arrived early and the place was packed, however our 6:30 reservation was right on time, the father and son owners were attentive and provided excellent service. The MAIN TREAT was the food, my wife was very impressed with the olives, lemon hummus and bread as a starter. Our choice of wine was great. The main course was so good we had smiles for miles. The atmosphere is friendly patrons talking to each other and enjoying each other's company was like being in the old country. Very relaxing and joyful. Food for value is excellent. John

This bistro is incredible. The owner is great and very engaged. Food is delicious and the atmosphere is fantastic. Such a great place and I highly recommend them.

Everything about this place is incredible! Make sure to have a reservation as place is super small. Fast service, super informative waitor helped us chose to pair food and wine. Recommend it anytime.

We enjoyed our first visit to this lovely bistro. Delicious oil and vinegar sampler and LOVED the Greek panini. Met the owner, who was very accommodating. Will definitely be back.
