Ate there multiple times in the past and had good experiences. However, this past time we waited for over 20 minutes after being sat at our table without a server ever stopping at our table for any reason whatsoever. The restaurant wasn’t busy. No idea who our server even was because we never met them. After a little over 20 minutes we simply left.

We were very disappointed with our dinner tonight. The online postings led me to believe that there were several gluten-free options available. This wasn't the case. There were 2 salads, 4 preparations of mussels, and a side order of frites that were labeled "GF." I ended up with a burger, sans bun, and frites. My dining companion had the grilled chicken sandwich and frites. We split a "salted caramel & apple buckwheat crepe" for dessert. Neither of our orders of frites were hot. The burger was just ok, although the bacon on it was tasty. The chicken sandwich was nothing special. The crepe was disappointing all around. The crepe itself was cold. The apples would have been better if they had been sautéed with some butter and cinnamon, the walnuts could have been toasted, and we were hard pressed to find any "housemade salted caramel sauce" on the dish. A very lackluster meal.

Our food was served erratically because the kitchen staff was not well trained. Most of the items were cold instead of hot, and one order was burned - probably twice - before it was served. We do not plan on returning to the restaurant.

Solid choice. Steak au poivre was good, Belgian meatballs were good. The brussels while crispy were deep fried and greasy. The waffle with cream and belgian chocolate was decadent! Small and casual interior. Probably a better breakfast or lunch choice. Other Taste of Belgium locations appear to be larger.
