Food was good but wish we would’ve had better seating option considering the restaurant was not busy at all, however Our server was the Best!! He was very kind, attentive but not annoying, and just seemed to have a great personality!

We only went on the 4th bc I received and email about brunch on the holiday… been to TOB many times (different locations)..This location was not equipped… we waited over an hour for 2 entrees… the waitress and hostess were very sweet but if you don’t have the staff bc it’s a holiday just let everyone off and enjoy the holiday.. apparently they only had 2 people cooking :(… food was good but not that good to wait over an hour… and before tip it was $43 for 2 entrees and a soda….. goodnes…

Food was average. Got the kids order wrong then took forever to come out everyone else was done by the time his food came. Server made it good by bringing him a dessert but my first experience going there was not great.

The place was understaffed with our waiter tending bar, waiting tables and doing dishes. Our Booth was dirty with crumbs all over the seats and between the table and wall. Information on the open table site was inaccurate. This location won’t be open long unless they get their act together and better management.

Quality of food has dropped over the years as the restaurant has expanded outside of the original OTR location. We’ve been to the original location and four of the additional locations over the years. Has been a family favorite and must do restaurant when visiting Cincy for years…. starting to fall off that list.

My friend and I had a great lunch and an enjoyable conversation. Our server was prompt and attentive, and we also got a visit from the manager to check and make sure all was well. I always enjoy my meals here.

This was our first visit to the crestview Hills location and it was a very nice restaurant! The waitress was excellent and very attentive. Would definitely return to this location.

Food was hot and delicious! Coffee never got below a half cup and service was excellent. Catching up with a friend and our servers were very accommodating with our chat session. Best place for a lovely breakfast!
