Food & wine was fantastic but 2 adults & 1 child seated at a table for 8 in a corner on our own, despite booking 1 week in advance. We had to request a kids menu. Waited an hour for main course. Staff were friendly but did not understand what we said at times.

Lovely staff and nice outdoor seating on a rare sunny day but unfortunately the food was a let down....my beef skewers were completely over cooked and were hard and rubbery. My friend's goats cheese bruschetta consisted of tasteless tomatoes and a few bits of goats cheese thrown on top.....not even melted over the tomatoes. I tasted hers and it was completely bland and honestly I could have made better at home. She didn't finish it as it was that underwhelming. Chips were tasty and garlic sauce nice. Prosecco tasty Staff friendly ...but very overall very disappointing

Had a fantastic lunch here. The staff were really attentive, the menu choices were excellent and the food was delicious.

I don't like to write negative reviews, but I selected this place to eat based on the positive reviews and want to write an honest take. The location and service were great. We had to remind the server about a couple of things, but he was very friendly. No issues there. The food, however, leaves a lot to be desired. The menu descriptions sound better than reality. We had the porridge, which was very, very thick/dense. Almost like playdoh. The egg dish was served with overcooked eggs. The french toast was underwhelming and dry. My daughter ate her pancakes just fine-- they looked like standard diner pancakes. It just wasn't on par with the other places we ate in Dublin at similar price points.
