Delicious food and great service. Very relaxed atmosphere. Great variety of dishes. Cannot wait to go back and try the rest of the menu.

As we entered we were greeted by a very professional welcoming hostess. We were taken to our table where the hostess explained the menus and asked if our visit was for an occasion or had we just booked for lunch. We told the hostess we we’re celebrating our 8th wedding anniversary. We ordered our drinks and food and then the hostess gave us two glasses of champagne from the restaurant for our anniversary. We had chosen the 3 for £18 menu and chose 6 beautiful dishes. The food was the best tapas we had both had. It was even better than our favourite tapas restaurant in Tenerife. We fully recommend the fantastic restaurant.

Delicious food, perfect place for an aperitif. If you are with a bunch of hungry people who are hoping this to be their dinner for the evening, this is not the place for you unless you are willing to spend a lot of money. We were going to a show and would be eating again later that evening. We spent £40 each which included 1 drink each and water. We were not full but satisfied was the dishes were so tasty. We had one male in our group who was still hungry! A lovely fine dining twist on tapas and all dishes superb.

Second time trying Tast and just as good as the first. The fancy version of ‘broken egg and chips’ Huevos Rotos was so good we had to order it again - duck egg with pomme soufflé, octopus and tartare sauce. Delicious

A young lad served us on his third day in the job. He was knowledgeable about each dish and I could see passion for the food in his eyes. The food was fabulous specially the fried calamari with squid ink mayo, soft and full of taste, but the dish both my wife and I most enjoyed was the Duroc pork an seasonal Rice. Extraordinary! Earthy flavours delicately balanced. Perfectly cooked pork ribs where the flavour was oozing. The baked rice with mushrooms and sage was exquisite. Following this, the young server focused his knowledge about the food again, recommending the white chocolate crema Catalana, a work of art In the Presentation and a delight to savour. I will be returning on my next visit to Manchester for sure. Exceeded my expectations. If there was a sister restaurant in London, It would certainly be a regular haunt. PB.
