Tash restaurant is a Mediterranean dining experience for those who think food should be as inspired, innovative, and courageous as they are. The Tash menu merges the freshness of local ingredients with the boldness of global inspiration to create truly transcendent dishes.

About the Name
From the O’odham language spoken by members of the Salt River Pima Maricopa Indian Community. Tash, pronounced [TH-O-SH], translates to sun, day or time.

About the Menu
The Tash menu is rooted in eclectic, Mediterranean-inspired dishes, but the restaurant’s cuisine blends multicultural influences to create a regional passport of vibrant flavors that engage the senses. To inspire great conversation, courses are all designed to be shared.

We had great service with GREAT food! The menu choices are unique in ingredients and creativity. There are tables along windows (had I known I would have requested one of those tables)....our table was near the bar area, not bad, but I personally like to look out at the view(s). They also have a patio (it was a bit hot for the patio). The only legit complaint that we have is that the volume of the techno mash up music was way too loud for us....we like loud, but this wasn't necessarily dinner conversation music type, or volume, it was more like a "club" type atmosphere with the music. Again....ZERO complaints about the food or service! Highly recommend checking this place out.

It was a nice eveneing, we all ordered something different. It was an enjoyable. Food was great, drinks and dessert were also great. We would eat there again for sure.

This was our first dine at Tash. All 4 thought the food was OK but nothing special. My short rib was too fatty and portion was on the small side. Paella had a lot of fish and seafood but a section of it adjacent to the pan was burned. Salmon and chicken were better. Our service was good, but table next to us waited forever and finally complained to the manager. The 10% Silver club discount was applied to only (a maximum of) 2 entrees and 1 appetizer, which seems like BS.

Truly enjoyed Tash. Great service, food and ambience. Enjoyed the spicy shrimp and bacon pasta. It was very flavorful and delicious. The atmosphere is lively and there are a lot of celebrations. Highly recommend.

One of the best restaurants I have been too! Make sure to try the Brussel sprouts & the Lamb Chops. Excellent service, and great beverages. The bourbon old fashioned is definitely one to try. Overall great experience

Food and drinks were outstanding. We had an earlier reservation, as the restaurant/bar picked up it for a little louder. Not bad, but since the bar and restaurant are together … you get some of the bar chatter in the dining area.
