Victoria provided attentive, personable service throughout our dinner. Cocktails were all expertly crafted. Enjoyed our endive salads which are very light and delicious. Our son enjoyed his bone marrow appetizer as well as the shepherd’s pie. My husband tried the duck Wellington and I had the short rib w/risotto—all of our meals were delicious! Highly recommend Tardif’s!

Great food and ambiance. The staff are wonderful. The newly expanded menu is tremendous. Prices are high but the food is impeccable and worth the cost. Great bartenders as well.

Our welcome was warm with a beautiful open entry with 2 people inviting us in-we had reservations and were led to a comfortable booth for 2- Our server Celeste was gracious and helpful both in ordering and keeping our water and drinks refreshed. We had Seared Foix Gras which was perfect and exquisitely tasteful since this is a dish that's hard to find this well prepared.It was appropriately sized as an appetizer for 1 maybe 2 with a side of fruit- And Brie Brûlée which was also well prepared and very tasty . Our sides were the carrots and a potato dish that were both pleasant. Our drinks were the Tardif Top Shelf which tasted of very fresh lime and is most like a excellent margarita to me . The French 75 was also expertly prepared. We will return-hopefully in the next week with friends since this was such a pleasant experience!

A party of 4 spent $150 per person on dinner. Food was good. Ambiance was lovely. Service was poor. We had to ask 3x for bread and only received it after flagging down another waiter. We asked repeatedly for cocktail refills. Our waiter was unaware of 2 of our wine selections being unavailable. Extremely frustrating evening with poor service. At $150 per person, service should be commensurate. Instead service was like a chain restaurant run by high school wait staff. Overall very disappointing.

14th anniversary dinner was made very special from beginning to end! Highly recommend Tardif’s! Thank you to Chef and staff who made this special evening very memorable!

This is one of our go to restaurants in San Antonio for fine dining. We had 5 different main courses at the table, all of them outstanding!!! The sweet potato bread pudding was out of this world good!

Entrees took a little too long- pacing not too great. You were out of pate you were out of lamb- unsatisfactory. Ordered the chocolate mousse and it was a thick runny pudding mess. Mousse is supposed to be light and fluffy- what happened?

Great cocktails to start! Wait staff was fantastic, very friendly and easy to talk with. Food was delicious, just as advertised. Very comfortable dining experience. Definitely will be back.

We celebrated our first anniversary at Tardiff, and the entire experience was flawless. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. The restaurant reserved the best table just for us, complete with a heartfelt anniversary note and a chilled bottle of Pinot Grigio on ice. The atmosphere was cozy and elegant, setting the perfect tone for our evening. Annalisa, our server, was exceptional—she answered all of our questions with care and provided the best recommendations, making our meal even more memorable. The food was delicious, and every detail was handled with such thoughtfulness. Tardiff made our anniversary truly unforgettable. 5/5!
