Beers with Santa was such a fun event!! There was another party going on and the noise level was louder than usual. It was bit hard to have conversations, but overall was a great time!!

Very disappointing. I brought 5 co-workers for a holiday luncheon. There were only 3 other tables occupied when we arrived. I liked the concept of pouring your own and the ability to order on a iPad at your table. However, the service was awful. We were clearing our own flights and dishes from the table. The three wines I wanted to try were all empty. l informed the server who said she would tell the manager. 15 minutes later they delivered our food and asked if we needed anything else and I replied my wine. She said he's working on it. After waiting 25 minutes I saw someone changing the wine and served myself. No one notified me the bottles were replaced yet alone give me a complimentary glass for the wait. In addition, I ordered the lemon chick and was told that I couldn't get an entree until after 3 p.m. Nowhere on their website or menu does it say that. We only had the choice of their 6 handheld sandwiches. But the absolute worst was when I asked to talk to the manager. As a manager myself, if there is something wrong, I want to address it. I wasn't looking for anything free. When I explained the poor service and waiting for my wine, he stated he was on the phone. I asked for 25 minutes. He responded sometimes it takes that long. I told him that I think it is ridiculous that they automatically put 20% service charge on your tab when most of its alcohol and you are serving yourself. He spun around his iPad and told me I could put the tip at zero. Which I did not because I wasn't trying to get a freebie. I will never go back.

The restaurant was warm and cozy… the holiday flight was really good and it was on special Monday nights in December. Our server was really nice and so was the host! Great little gem in downtown Naperville!

We sat in the back overflow room, and the noise was so loud we could barely hear our own conversation. When we asked to be moved they could not accommodate us. It was very busy so we understood.
