My wife and I recently visited Tapville in Naperville for dinner on a Tuesday, drawn in by the advertised margarita and tacos flights special that we had seen on Facebook. Initially, service was a bit slow, but everything changed once AGM Jacob Eubanks stepped in. From that moment on, we received nothing short of VIP treatment throughout our entire visit. The margarita and tacos flights were exceptional, exceeding our expectations in both presentation and flavor. Each item showcased creativity and attention to detail, making for a delightful culinary experience. What truly stood out, however, was Jacob's exceptional guest service. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had a fantastic evening, demonstrating a level of hospitality that is rarely seen. His attentiveness and genuine care made us feel valued and enhanced our overall dining experience.

The lemon chicken noodles was dry and not enough, Not worth it fish & chips was ok. Appetizers was good and service was great.

The food was fantastic. Server was very friendly and loved that we could order food as we wanted through the computer at the table and then serve our own drinks as we wanted too! First time here and we will definitely be back!

Saturday brunch. Nice variety of options. Margarita flight, coffee flight, & mimosa flight, All very nice presentation and tasty. Server was patient and attentive. I do not like having to link my credit and to a restaurant card which is the reason for my 4/5 stars. The blueberry pancakes were just ok. Not bad in any way but not special either.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. The only way to facilitate the self-pour tapwall concept is to link the Pour Pass to the credit/debit card. It also provides the additional convenience of just dropping your pass into the Express Checkout box on your way out instead of waiting for a check. This way, you will not need to pull out your credit card again at the end of the experience.

We got up and left before ordering. It seems the waiter didn't want to bother helping us as a first time customer. It wasn't packed and it was early enough before the dinner rush. There were 5 of us and and two were teenagers. The place does not accept cash and you have to have a card on file before even being seated. This whole place is confusing and needs better explanation eating in this establishment. I really think it's just for people who love to drink and not dining. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

I’ve always had a good experience at Tapville. Yesterday was the first time I ever experienced an issue. I book a reservation a month in advance for Rosé cocktails and cheesecake flights. But when I went to order it, I was told it wasn’t available. Even when I showed the email saying “join us EVERY Wednesday” for the flights and my reservation for the experience. I’ve done this sort of thing in the past and never had an issue. But it seemed whoever was giving the server the info just didn’t want to do it. It was too much back and forth and I felt bad for the server because it wasn’t her fault and it was only her second day. We eventually got the flights, but I think it was handled poorly and it made the experience less enjoyable.

We did not prepare enough cheesecakes for that day's service and I want to apologize for us dropping the ball in that way.
