                                                                                                  Food was cold when it arrived, the server he was busy talking to a manager and probably looked like his girlfriend she looked like a server and had a tattoos and they were having dinner and drinks Our server was busy taking to them rather attending us. How can an employee with manager have dinner on a busy weekend rather than working ? The burger meat was dry, cream brule was hard to eat(caramel) I had booked and informed the restaurant and even put a note on open table about my fiancée birthday and my sister and brother in law 2nd wedding anniversary. I had a word with some one on the phone they confirmed about the cake to give after our dinner it didn’t arrive. Really bad will never come again. One only manager it was a women blonde hair who took our order she was the best other than that really bad experience.

                                                                                                  Other than the fact that I had a reservation for 7 and when we arrived, we were told it was still going to be a 10-15 minute wait. I expressed my disappointment about having to wait. We were seated within 5 minutes at the worst possible table available near the bar. Management needs to do a better job at managing reservations. People who came in without a reservation were seated at a better table. If your management and you're reading this, you know who you are (Mr. with the cap on)

                                                                                                  It was our first time and we really enjoyed the food and decor. Staff was great! The only negative criticism would be that the music was a too loud making it difficult to have conversations.

The restaurant simply put just does a great job at everything they offer. Staff are friendly and attentive to details which is much appreciated. The menu offerings has something for everyone. We ordered 5 different items for 3ppl and we would order every item again. The best way to tell how well a restaurant appreciates your business is when you see mgmt walking around talking to tables. They check in too make sure everything is good and if you need anything. WOW! Ask yourself how many restaurants you've been to where you see that? No matter what the occasion is Taps is the place to be. If you get the opportunity to visit at night ask for the patio. You will feel as if you are in a LA restaurant.
