All you can eat Crab legs on Sunday is a great value as well cooked. I had the carrot cake for dessert which is homemade. It was very rich and moist. Sophie was an excellent waitress who provided great history of the restaurant and encouraged us to come back for other items in the menu.

Courtney was doing her best to keep up with the customers as she was the only waitress on duty for inside and out! Everyone was pitching in but the stress level wasn’t necessary.

We did the All You Can Eat Crab Legs special on Sunday, 8/18/24, and it was very disappointing. We got there at 6pm, and the restaurant was maybe half full. But it was still a solid 30 minutes before our cocktails made it to the table. Not a great start, but hey, things happen, no biggie. Then our salads were delivered right afterwards, but mine was missing the dressing, and the server didn’t come back by the table to check on us again for maybe 10-15 minutes, until after the entrees came, so my dressing-less salad just sat there until then. To the restaurant’s credit, the first entree plates were piled HIGH with crab, 4 clusters each just to start with, and the boil seasoning was quite tasty - Buttery, lemony, and well seasoned. But unfortunately the crab was served barely lukewarm. Like they had boiled or steamed them and them left to sit for about 8-10 minutes before being served to us. Which made it less appetizing and also a bigger PIA to crack them out of their shells (it’s much easier to do when they’re hot). Then when the first re-order came, the “knuckles” of one of those clusters was literally still a frozen block. That doesn’t bode well for food safety, so that had to be returned. The replacement order to those did come out quickly and piping hot, which was great, but then accompanying corn on the cob was refrigerator-cold. So yeah, the whole experience was just this unfortunate string of mishaps than were the very definition of “if it’s not one thing, it’s the other.” And it bums me out because I was really excited to have an All You Can Eat Crab legs place in Charlotte! But this just isn’t worth it, and it’s really too bad!

Very nice restaurant clean and not noisy. Entertainment started at 800. The menu is varied and our food was excellent. Flat breads were great. My wife enjoyed the Brussel Sprouts. She said they were the best she has had. I enjoyed the chicken wings. Desserts were great. Chocolate brownie sundae comes out in a hot skillet and the carrot cake was very good as well. The star of the evening, however, was our server Sophie. She was knowledgeable, offered great suggestions, provided samples of a couple of items we were not sure about. She was attentive without being intrusive. Really made our visit enjoyable. The manager on duty, Leann, came by a couple of times to check on everything. The prices are reasonable for the quality and size of portions. We will definitely be back.

Our book club had a lovely time at our annual luncheon. . The table of 8 was handled well, and we enjoyed the wide menu selection available.

Music too loud - service and food just okay. Cheap dinnerware (bent and mismatched). No exactly high end.

food was good. Service was fantastic. However, I would say that for the restaurant they are trying to be. It would be nice if they used a little more upscale utensils versus the cafeteria forks and knives that don’t cut. Spend a few dollars and make the experience a little more and keeping with what you’re trying to accomplish.

Visited here during the Queen’s feast week. Food was simply no good. Had the Boom Boom Shrimp and it tasted like frozen food where the breading is soft and soggy. French onion soup tasted burned. Manager came by and offered to bring us something else, so we tried the Brussels sprouts and Bruschetta, both were ok. For entree, we had chicken piccata and Shrimp Penne La Vodka. Chicken piccata was overly salty and chicken overcooked. Nothing to say about the shrimp penne as it had essentially consistent flavoring. Because of the fest, meal was supposed to come with desserts. We did not get try it while at the restaurant. Manager packed it up and sent us out way. They tried to make it up to us by reducing the total of our bill. We really came here for the experience and high reviews on the food but our experience was below average. We appreciate they tried to fix things and sometimes things just don’t work out. I’d not recommend it here and don’t plan on coming back.
