Tap & Vine is a restaurant/wine bar that specializes in tapas, as well as a variety of other food. We specialize in fine wine, craft cocktails and an upbeat, beautiful atmosphere. We are located in Ballantyne at the Stonecrest shopping center. We have daily and weekly food and drink specials, events, live music, & great vibes. We are open for lunch & dinner every day of the week. We look forward to seeing you!

Dinner was decent. My wife was pleased with her salmon salad. I was just ok with my flatbread (Italiano). Not impressed with the waiter but very pleased with how the kitchen saved the day. Not sure if he was a chef but he brought us items that were requested earlier to the waiter, but …………. Very good attitude and customer friendly. Thank you

The food was not good. The food was very salty, including the veggies. We only had a few bites and stopped eating. Too bad.

While food was not too bad everything was very over salted. So much so that we couldn’t eat it. We told server and we got “sorry to hear that”. Kid’s burger the size of a slider. There was nothing that we ate that would make us want to go back.

We stopped in for lunch before a movie, and the service was very attentive. The food was good, but not outstanding. All employees were courteous and friendly. The prices are reasonable.

This was our second time here. We were on the fence the last time. After this visit we will not be returning. We were seated in the bar, so it was loud. The service was slow and poor. They brought out the appetizer without plates or silverware, we had to ask for both. The meal was delayed without a good reason. The quality of the food was good, the highpoint of the experience. With so many other quality choices in the area I would pass.

We had a wonderful experience at the Queens feast event. Service was excellent, food was delicious, and the entertainment was an added bonus! Will definitely go back!

We went during restaurant week and will definitely go back. The food was delicious! We had bruschetta, salmon, steak medallions and raspberry cheesecake and everything was so good , we ate it all! No leftovers last night. lol! The service was also fantastic. Our server, Jastin, did a great job and was super friendly!!

Went during Restaurant Week so price was great. Looked at regular menu- prices pretty reasonable for the offerings. We both had salmon. I thought the glaze was a littke bland but overall good. The risotto that came with it was really good. Our server Justas ( I know spelling is not correct) was great. Good location. Even with Trstsurant specials, not crowded at all - But it was a Monday. Will definitely go again.
