Tap & Vine is a restaurant/wine bar that specializes in tapas, as well as a variety of other food. We specialize in fine wine, craft cocktails and an upbeat, beautiful atmosphere. We are located in Ballantyne at the Stonecrest shopping center. We have daily and weekly food and drink specials, events, live music, & great vibes. We are open for lunch & dinner every day of the week. We look forward to seeing you!

Got appetizer before any drinks. Food was sub par.

We arrived for dinner at 8:45. The staff was more worried about cleaning and doing their side work than taking care of us. It took forever for someone to even get our drinks. Everything was just very slow. Service, food, getting our check. I don’t think k we will return.

Great experience with our waitress. Decent service but did not come to get our orders for a bit but food came out quickly. Music was loud and the restaurant was packed. Food was nice and they were very accommodating with our food alterations and substitutions.

Our service was VERY slow—waited for a table despite being on time for our reservation, then 35 minute wait for our appetizers and then another long wait for our entrees. It was restaurant week and the bar was busy, but the restaurant as a whole was not full,enough to seem to warrant this level of wait. Our server checked on us a few times and was apologetic. While we were still waiting for entrees, the manager eventually came over and apologized, saying that our entrees would be comped without us making any requests. The arancini appetizer was delicious and desserts were good, but skip the crab cakes.

The prices have gone up more than I had expected 2 couples each spent well over $100 each for a salad and entree. I had a glass of wine and my husband just had water. He had plain pasta dish cost $24. Outrageous Will be a while before we’re back. And had out of town guests who were very disappointed at the bill. We had told them it was reasonably priced. It was last time we were there about 6 months earlier

Very slow service but food tasted good. There were only a few tables with people as it was at lunch.

This is the second time I have been to this restaurant in a month and both times I found the food to be extremely average. Ordered chicken piccata this time and one of the pieces was somewhat tender while the other/larger piece was hard and dry and chewy/stringy. It even had a part that was brown from overcooking/over-searing. My friend ordered the same food but she got the broccolini which was so tough to cut through at the stem that she couldn’t even chew it. Overall taste was “OK” and cost was average. Their food needs to be more consistent.

While the food was excellent, the service was lacking. Orders were confused, service was very slow (the restaurant was not busy or full). Ordered a second glass of wine and after waiting 20 minutes had to cancel it since it had not come out and our dinner had concluded.
