Was good overall. Food good and drinks really good. (French dip was very heavy on the horseradish !!!). Will definitely be back 👍

The four of us all ordered something different and we all enjoyed our meals very much. We had a great window table. The restaurant was very busy, even downstairs, but as we had a reservation, we were seated right away. Our waitress was friendly and checked on us a few times to ensure we had everything we needed.

Great spot. We sat upstairs on the covered and heated patio. Was a nice view. Service was friendly but a bit slow. Food was delicious.

Was a bit disappointing tonight for our dinner. We were seated 10 minutes past our reservation time but then were seated over 15 minutes until I finally asked if we could get a waiter to at least order drinks. Not sure if they were short staffed or what but was so slow. My salad was ok but super small for the cost.

The whole experience tonight was not pleasant. Took 35 minutes to get our first drink and 45 minutes for our last set. .food took an hour. We did tell the manager who apologized and went to check on our drinks and still took 15 more .we have been to this place a number of times and nor.sure of we.will return.

Great food and service, love the upper level but must make a reservation. All staff are friendly and genuine. Food was outstanding. Had the beef dip, best I’ve ever had.

I have been to this restaurant many times and had a better experience and service. It was my son's 21st birthday. There were 8 of us. When you entered the restaurant, you can see empty tables for 8 but other customers were also present. They took us upstairs to the closed patio. The indoor section upstairs was also empty. It was very busy upstairs. My two issues: the music was loud than normal which meant people had to talk louder which then meant you couldn't hear each other. This was unacceptable. Second issue was that our waitress wasn't paying attention to the orders she was taking and ended up ordering the wrong food which meant one person had to start eating late due to the unnecessary delay. Maybe the waitress couldn't hear us properly due to the loud music??? After the food came, the waitress never came back to provide more napkins. The follow-up service was unacceptable. The restaurant wasn't busy at all and in fact, most of the customers were herded to the patio to make it look busy.
