Consistency! That’s the experience we enjoy when dining at The Tap & Barrel in South Surrey. Andy’s leadership and people skills, exude the ‘hospitality’ diners appreciate. His team follow that mantra to the letter. Jocelyn our server, expertly met our needs for our early evening celebration of a benchmark occasion. Great service - this is a regular stop for us! Monday is Happy Hour all day, definitely worth a visit.

I was there on a rainy Sunday afternoon so the restaurant was not as busy as expected. Service was attentive and excellent and the food was great as well.

Had a great birthday dinner with friends from work, and since there were 2 people with birthdays, they brought out 2 birthday desserts for us. Awesome service, as they seated us in a better spot than I had originally booked.

Happy hour menu is excellent for drinks and food. And it goes until 530pm! Please don't ever change that....5pm is too early! 5/5 on all things except for the fact they changed their Hummus and za'atar flatbread Appy - which is to die for! So 4/5 for our food experience....maybe even less if we're talking about the dip exclusively. Tap always separated them from all other restaurants that feature some form of a hummus dip. The whipped feta is what made it. And then......they took it away and now offer just normal shredded feta. Bad move. It has lessened it to the point we don't even want to order it anymore. So I let my sentiment known to the Manager, who passed it onto the Chef. Other than that grievance, everything else was excellent. My son loves their pizza so got the happy hour double pepperoni (with bacon) and we also shared some pickles. No complaints whatsoever. They always have a hazy/juicy IPA on tap. At first it was Fluffy Cloud and now it's Parkside Dream Boat. Both are excellent and if the time comes to ever try something new....please make sure it's a juicy one! We'll be back. Our server was awesome. Not a refill or detail missed.

Had an another great experience, the food as usual was excellent but the service is outstanding! They make you feel as a valued customer and cannot do enough for you. Our server Kaya did great on looking after us along with a visit from management to see if we are enjoying everything. Well Done
