I had a reservation for patio. Unfortunately, they gave my reservation on the rooftop patio to someone else apparently by mistake. They sent me down again to be seated made me wait then not only they did not give me an outdoor seating but also they made us sit next to the washrooms

Had an amazing experience with my family at tap and barrel Brentwood we all had a different burger. I had my personal favourite the pbj burger! Can’t get it anywhere else! Definitely will be back!

I had made a reservation expecting a table in the dining room. Upon arrival we were put at a small high top table in the lounge. I assumed when making a reservation it would automatically be in the dining room especially when making the reservation there is no option as to where you would like to be seated. We didn’t make a big deal about it. We enjoyed our food and our server was great but felt slightly dismissed when we asked about a table in the dining room. We were told it was full with no further concern but proceeded to see parties that came in before us move from the lounge to the dining area.

I made a reservation for 8:30pm and had to wait 30 extra minutes to be seated. The waitress Grace came over to our table grabbed our drink orders, then our food orders and before we even received our food she made us pay for our meals because she wanted to receive tips from us. The bill should always come after food unless the customer specifically asks. She then disappeared and did not alert anyone that we no longer had a server because then nobody came up to us for the duration of our visit despite us wanting to order more. Servers actively avoided looking at us until we were able to grab a host that walked by, who seemed equally as shocked about this situation. He managed to grab us another server, who seemingly did not look like she wanted to help us or be present for her job. Overall terrible experience, and the servers need to be retrained on customer service skills. This is coming from someone who worked in the hospitality and restaurant industry for multiple years.

Ordering service (drinks & food) took to long. Sat at a high table in the corner where there was wind coming in from the sliding door that was fully open.

Our server was amazing! we had 3 birthday we were celebrating and she brought our donuts for each birthday girl! The service was quick and they were so attentive. Thank you so much :)
