I've generally been enjoying my visits to this new T&B location but yesterday's dinner was a disappointment. We were there to celebrate casually with our daughter for our 26th wedding anniversary (info provided on our reservation). It was busy but we were seated in a timely manner and our server attended to us about 10 minutes after we were sat, to get our drink orders. When time came to get our food orders, I was very clear (as I have to be as I have celiac) that we were ordering appies to share off the gluten friendly menu and then other than me mains for my husband and daughter would be from the regular menu. I then restated, we were sharing for our appies and ordered those, followed by us all giving our orders for our mains. After over a half hour wait - while I was wondering why the appies were taking such a long time - we got all items at once. Which isn't how we ordered it or wanted it. Now I have to make a decision which I eat first and which one of the food items I received was going to end up being eaten cold, because I was concentrating on the other course. The response we got from both the server and the manager on duty were mild at best. A brief, rote apology and the appies pulled off our bill (which I do appreciate) and some vague promise to check into it. The other option was to have them refire whole new dinners, thereby wasting food which given the current state of food insecurity in the greater world, I wasn't going to do. Server blamed the kitchen. Manager blamed the server. I get that it was busy, but this was a pretty basic thing to get right. Especially since I had already taken it upon myself to indicate what was appies vs mains...twice. Do better and maybe when a manager says they'll look into something and get back to us, they should get back to us.

Good happy hour menu, nice patio space, unfortunately the noise from the TVs playing the NFL game made talking difficult. We asked to have the speakers turned down and were told they could only change the volume a bit.

The Brentwood location is wonderful. We went on a Saturday night around 8pm. We received our food quickly and they tasted great. I recommend the max and cheese with fried chicken. The cheeseburger meal for kids was so good. There's 2 hours complimentary parking. Gave a 3 star for ambience because it's not an ideal place for families with small kids. They have limited booths. The non-booth tables are very high.

I hosted a Meet Up group here on the patio. The layout is visually pleasing. Service was excellent and our server was friendly. The pricing for brunch menu is fair. Food was average. I am not a fan of poached eggs and wished they had more offerings for style of eggs. I asked for scrambled eggs but the eggs were too runny and I couldn't finish eating them. I will come back to try the lunch and dinner menu as the location is vibrant and trendy. Fun for a group.

Amazing customer service! We had a big party and request to change for an inside table because we had a baby with us. And the staff were super helpful and friendly. We also told our friends we were having a baby and we got some special dessert. That was so sweet and show care and consideration!

9 of us. Had a friend here from Australia. When I booked online I asked for patio. Outdoor. It would be nice for our friend. I got a confirmation back from my online reservation. Saying booked for 9 for outdoor seating. From that I would assume I’m going to get outdoor seating. When we got there and I said I booked outdoor they said they had none. I said why. They said if you call to book they would tell you you may not get your preference. But it doesn’t online. Very disappointed. Friend from Australia ordered a white wine. It came very warm. She told our server. They basically chilled another glass and emptied her glass into That one. She didn’t drink it. Coffee came and it was cold. Food was good. Server was great. But disappointed right from the beginning. By not getting outdoor seating. Maybe there is a disclaimer when booking online but I couldn’t see it. If there isn’t there should be. Thanks Mary

Love this new addition to the neighborhood. As a celiac with dairy intolerance I appreciate their attention to detail with dietary restrictions and having a gluten free safe deep fryer means I get to enjoy some favorites I often have to take a miss at when dining out. Wings were great. Great cocktail selection. I'd suggest that staff on the upper patio who are around the front welcome station be trained that even if you aren't the hostess you at least smile and acknowledge the customers standing there waiting for the hostess to return (which we don't know that you aren't that hostess) to be seated, or take your conversations to another location not directly ignoring for longer than a minute, customers standing there looking confused. Bar staff on the upper patio more than made up for it that night with excellent cocktails and service.
