We had reservations for a standard table, and everything would have been absolutely great if we hadn't been seated up in the 3rd floor patio (which is enclosed), because it was cold due to drafts (even though they have heaters) and the furniture/seating was not comfortable at all. Other than being seated basically outside, everything else was fantastic.

I went during lunch time for a company function. As a result, my main focus was not on the service or the food, but the outing was more about meeting my coworkers and catching up. With that being said, I would say the facilities and the service at the restaurant was superb. From the reception to the waitress, the service level was above expectations. The appetizers we ordered came out fast and they were all tasty. Now for the not so good. To be put into context, there were 6 in our group and I’m only writing about my entree. I had the beef dip with French fries. Everything on my plate came out in room temperature. Even though the order was served in a timely manner, my entree tasted like it was sitting on counter for a long time. From the french fries to the sandwich it was all in room temperature like it was sitting around for a long time. As I mentioned, I was not there for the food so it was all secondary. However, I did make a mental note of the food at the time, but I did not mention this to our server or anybody from the restaurant. This feedback will hopefully serve that purpose. With that being said, my experience was still positive. I like the restaurants location and ambience. The facilities are first rate. I would not hesitate to go back and give them another chance.

We had a reservation for 11 and our table was ready when we arrived. All of the food was excellent and with prompt and friendly service. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks for an enjoyable lunch.

Mixed experience for us. We booked for a group of 8 people for a celebration dinner/drinks. While the service was great when our server was present, the drinks took 25 minutes to come out and no one had noticed until about 20 minutes after we ordered… the upper bar seemed to not be too busy so it was confusing as to what happened when our bill went missing. The food came out at a reasonable time, but the wings were incredibly small and were also very very dry. Very unusual from what we’re used to. We frequent the Vancouver tap and barrels but this one fell short of our expectations.

Good service and food. A little loud but no nearly as bad as places like the Cactus Club. I would definitely come back.
