Our food was pretty good and saved the night. Our server was not bad but she just seemed overwhelmed so perhaps they were short- staffed and I can't blame her for that. Biggest problem was horrible communication and treatment from the host staff. It turned out we arrived about 45 minutes early for our reservation because the show prior to dinner ended earlier than we expected. I was unable to contact the restaurant by phone on our way due to an uncooperative AI assistant named Nina who asked me repeatedly why I was calling but was never able to help me or connect me to the restaurant even though it rang and rang. I gave up after about 5 minutes and 3 attempts. Upon arriving our table was available, but we were not seated for over half an hour, nor were we invited to get a drink or even just told what was going on. The host person was very dismissive and never apologized for my bad experience with Nina but knew who she was! There were many empty tables but other parties also waiting. It would have been such a better experience, a hospitable experience, just to seat us, explain food may be a wait, and give us a drink and some water. We will try it one more time and hope for better service and host experience next time!

Missed our reservation time by over 35 mimutes. Took another long wait to get our food. Food was great!

First time this evening and we loved it! Very welcoming, amazing menu and great service! Our server Kira rocked it!! We'll definitely be back!

We sat at the bar- the bartender Abby was amazing from beginning to end. Our drinks were never empty, and she polite and friendly. The food was great- we had the smash burger and the chopped salad with shrimp. Will definitely return.

Food was delicious, especially the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls! Gianna was our server and she was great, very friendly and attentive!

Overall good experience. Most everyone enjoyed their food, the service was slightly slow but it was prime time so understandable.

Food was great, took forever to get the TV to change to the hockey game despite their comments about TV’s and games of your choosing. Music was great but way too loud. You had to scream to talk. It was only 8:30 and music was literally blaring. It’s not a club at dinner time. I would only recommend eating outside. Again loved the music but having to scream to even to have a conversation is ridiculous. We were inside to watch the game.

Good is good but service was slow. Too many tables per server. She was very personable but hard to wait a while too long for the food. Kitchen was overwhelmed, I assume.

Such a beautiful place with a fun menu. Chicken strips and steak sandwiches were great. Wings are awesome! Burger was undercooked, but I wasn't asked how I wanted it cooked, and I didn't think to ask so my bad. Service was lacking. We barely saw our server. When we did, she was very nice, but we sat without refills for most of our meal. The loudness of the bar area was almost unbearable. My 19 year old nephew had to wear noise cancelling headphones and go outside multiple times. No one could talk. The kids all fell asleep. There was a point that the decipal hit so high we all had to plug our ears. Acoustics in the place needs help. Loud people are loud, but everyone just kept having to up their volume to speak to one another until it hit too high. I've heard others say this and I didn't want to believe it. Outside would be perfect! I do totally recommend, just be aware of where you sit.

Unfortunately not a good experience. Was seated by the busy restrooms, asked to move and was told no. My food was cold and my burger was rare, after asking for medium well. My shrimp was warm, not on ice. Very disappointing!
