I have to say that the service here was not even bad, just terrible. The waiter dropped water and never put our appetizer in. The manager came by and apologized and did absolutely nothing ! We told him we no longer wanted it and then he said not to worry, it’s coming. The appetizer came over 35 minutes from when we got there. We had to beg them to take our order and then a great waitress took care of it. The food is good but there is absolutely no way we will ever come back. This is not a one time event, happens all the time. Team has no training and no common sense to see that people need help with the tables. ! In fact , if you want to be ignored then this is your place! The manager should have come by and made sure everything was ok! That never happened and at least would have been to comp it. We gave 18% tip because we are not the type to not leave a tip! We were gonna just leave when nothing came to the table, but we kept saying that’s it’s gonna get better. Wow! So many new places coming to the mall and this is unfortunately, a place that will not stay in business. I would blame the manager for not dealing with the staff. A leader would lead and it was everyone for themselves.

I had a great time at Tap 42 the food was good and the ambience was amazing I love the roof top view.

I made reservations for 9:30pm for a birthday dinner. Once we got seated the waiter told us that the kitchen was closing in 15 mins which was crazy cause I thought the restaurant closed at 11pm. He proceeded to tell us that he was going to take our drinks order and come back for the food order. The waiter took 10mins to come back to the table which only left us only 5 mins to order which made no sense because if you know the kitchen is closing in 15 mins why would you take 10 mins out of that to return to the table? Once we got the food it was hard for us to get any refills on our drinks because he wasn’t coming to the table and we couldn’t see him anywhere. He seemed very grumpy from the start and stayed that way until the end. He doesn’t have a good customer service. This was really a disappointment.

Raymond our server was the best. As soon as we sat down he introduced himself took our drink order, and answered any questions we might have. We were served in an orderly fashion. Food was great. Thank you Tap 42 for a wonderful dinner for four.

I went on a Sunday for brunch and unlimited mimosas , food was delicious! The ambiance and service was great ! They had a DJ that played good music definitely recommend!

Food is great consistently! Great ambiance and service has always been great to us. We sit outside on the terrace while the weather is still great in Florida. We ordered the Tap42 chopped salads and the Salmon Quinoa bowl. Although prices are a little high for the value of food, the food is great every time. I don’t ever remember having a bad dish.
