every aspect of my city was horrible. waited two hours for my table. waiters messed up our order, and then the waiter gave all our food to the wrong table. overall the worst restaurant i’ve been to.

One of my favorite restaurants. Magnificent space. Food is always delicious. Tonight I chose the Summer Hits prix fix menu. The filet mignon was so tender and flavorful. Shout out to our server, Nick.

Everything was simply AMAZING. The Bar/Lounge area definitely needs more servers. When we went there was only 1 server and he was on break. So there was a delay. However don’t let that degrade the entire experience. The Bartenders made amazing drinks, the servers were very attentive and had the product knowledge and the food was delicious. Definitely going back.

Arrived on time but they made us wait twenty minutes for our reservation meanwhile it wasn’t busy. They never sent in our appetizers but we waited over twenty minutes for that then our entrees came and we were super confused. The server then lied and said the machine for appetizers broke. And said he would fire them now meanwhile our table had no more room for food. Then he said he is a coke for the troubles? Such a smack in the face. A coke? A joke. We had finished our entrees no appetizer yet. So we told him forget it and he said they are making it so he’s going to bring it. Tuna and crispy rice really takes over 2030 minutes to make. What a shocker. The guy just wanted to run up the bell as much as possible even though he had messed up so many times. super upset at this experience. Three hours later we were done for dinner that should’ve only taken an hour. then valet wants to rip us off by saying all we only take fives tens and 20s for tips. You can’t leave singles we were planning to leave three dollars but he wanted us to leave five instead which is such a joke because the car is parked across the street.

Service was very slow. Had a reservation for 9:15 didn’t get seated until 9:50. Drinks took so long to come

got there at 5:00pm. my wife and i ordered off the menu where for a preset price you choose and appetizer, entree and dessert. after appetizers and entrees, they brought us clean plates and silverware for the desserts. we asked the server when the desserts were coming and to close us out because we had a show to get to. we waited over 30 minutes and they never came and the server never came by. we ended up leaving. don’t go there if you cannot spend at least 3 hours there

I had a lovely time with my partner but I don’t think I will be returning. Our waitress was very kind! & she was great. The noise was too loud you cannot have a conversation without yelling & if you’re a party of two sitting downstairs the tables are too close together to other parties tables in my opinion. Upon arrival we had to wait to be seated which was totally fine we did not mind. I then got a text that said my table was ready, me and my partner went to the hosts section and waited to be seated. No one began to lead us anywhere so I asked the host still there if we can be seated and she tells me the host is looking for you inside and basically told us to go look for the hostess whose looking for us? lol insane. she def should have took initiative and went herself to locate the hostess for us as we have no idea what the hostess looks like, we do not know her name & theres a couple of hostess walking around not to mention it was also very dark inside! so it was literally like finding a needle in a haystack. none the less. it wasn’t something i feel i should of had to do myself. sounds like a hostess job to me. The hostess we did find to help us was so sweet and she kindly asked us to wait while SHE went to locate the hostess who was originally looking for us. thank you for that whoever you are. over all. 4 stars.
