We tried Tanuki because of the advertised Dim Sum that we love. The night we visited, most of the Dim Sum were unavailable because of some problem with their distributor, apparently. We were frustrated, but, anyway we tried other dishes, which were well prepared and very tasty. We didn't waste the night. The service was impecable and the ambiance was gorgeous. Whoever decorated Tanuki did it with a lot of love. My advice to Tanuki, keep an inventory of Dim Sum in the freezer, enough for a day consumption, so you don't frustrate your loyal customers. Finally, I suggest that you indicate your potential customers how to reach your place in your advertisement, especially Open Table. The address and the GPS were not enough for me. I had to call you to get instructions.

This used to be my favorite restaurant at the beach. I was happy to hear that they opened one closer to me. I’ve been twice. The first time it was ok and this second time is wasn’t good at all. The menu changed and the removes some of their best dishes. On top of that, the food we ordered felt soggy or not fresh. So sad this happens to these good places.

I recently visited Tanuki with no expectations but was pleasantly surprised. The menu was well-crafted, and the food was very good. However, I believe the best part of this place was the service. From the host to the waiter, everyone was excellent. The dishes and drinks arrived at the right time, and the server had extensive knowledge of the menu. The lounge music added a nice touch. It’s a must-visit.

Everything was 5stars. I’m only here on vacation or else I would become a regular!! The decor is beautiful, my margarita was tasty, sushi, Mongolian beef, orange chicken, crispy rice; all were delicious!! Our waiter Benjamin was super attentive as well! He definitely made our experience even better. When I’m back in Miami, I’lll for sure come back

Great food, great service and amazing entertainment! My sister, boyfriend, and step father joined me at the restaurant and we had an amazing time. We shared the Black Dragon Roll, Diatomite Crab Roll, Truffle Yellowtail Roll paired with the Geisha and Lychee martini! Thank you Ming and Barefoot Daisy!

As we entered the restaurant the hostess was friendly and accommodating. We got there in time to order from their happy hour menu that had delicious options for a great price - true Happy Hour!! Waiter and staff were very attentive and without even asking surprised us with a birthday desert fireworks and all. Very cute. Overall delicious food and drinks with a great ambience.
