The food was delicious, and special requests were honored with a smile. I will definitely return, as well as recommend Tantalo.

Amazing food, fun DJ, great rooftop view. The duck was delicious! We loved the tuna tartare and the Brussels sprouts. The drinks were fun too!

It was a great dinner, the drinks were very good, the food was ok. the best part was the attentive staff and the cool ambience.

Great dinner in the restaurant on the ground floor of Tantalo after having drinks on the roof terrace. Liked the menu and service in the restaurant better than on the roof.

Tourist trap. Decent view, watered down drinks, limited menu on rooftop, and rooftop menu items are ok, at best. There are soooo many better optionsin Casco Viejo for food and drinks.

Don’t bother making a reservation, they won’t know what you’re talking about. We were told the restaurant is full despite us having a reservation. We were placed on the roof instead where many of the items were unavailable. Food was decent, some items better than others. Would recommend if you want a lively party vibe for dinner but not if you’re a foodie.

Four of us — two senior couples — discovered Tantalo during our visit to Casco Viejo and agreed it was a terrific experience. My meal was among the best I’ve ever had. The Cabra and Berries salad is a must; I’m not sure I left a leaf on my plate. And the Cashew-Encrusted Salmon was perfect. There are many good restaurants in Casco, but this one should top your list!
