Please note - If your reservation is canceled inside of 72 hours before your dining time, you will be charged $25 per person. If your party shows up with less than what was confirmed with the restaurant, you will be charged $25 per person for the difference in attendees.

We have been here several times over the years and very pleased each time. I am sure we will return our next visit to Chapel Hill.

Took our daughter out while visiting Chapel Hill. Fun ambience and great food. Salmon dish and butternut squash risotto were delicious!

Steak For One was amazing as always. Cocktail was perfect and wine recommendation was spot on. Lamb shoulder was bland, served in a tagine but without couscous of other grain, so it was soupy. Came with a ladle, so I suspect something was missing. I requested some bread to compensate and was delivered some toasted baguette slices which did the trick. Lentil fritters were doughy and unseasoned, more like they had been baked. Caesar salad had a single slight short sliver of flavorless something that more resembled a piece of sardine than an anchovy. They called it a "white" (uncured) anchovy but it wasn't even five percent of the size of a boquerone. There was an attempt to clear the table midway through the mains as there was quite a crowd waiting to be seated with every table full early in the evening. I've had several visits here and it's always been a very mixed bag. All in all, too pricey for a mixed bag. I expect with the numbers of people trying to get a table here, that won't change.

This was our second trip to Tandem. We tried the cheese board for the first time. We really enjoyed most of the things in the board, neither of us are olive fans, but everything's was very good. My got the burger, she thought it tasted great, just too much bun for the burger. I got the short rib, it too was really good. The food was plentiful so we had food to take home. Well done Tandem.

Everything was wonderful. Loved the atmosphere and our server was amazing! The burger was a little salty but the the food was delicious overall!

Overall a nice experience at Tandem. Great ambiance and cocktails, and I love the idea of using as much locally-sourced produce as possible. The beet and Brussel salad was incredible, as well as the Salmon with curry being very nice as well. However, the cheesecake was underwhelming, and the lamb shoulder did not appear to be seasoned whatsoever and I wouldn't recommend it at all.
