Highest quality ingredients for both food and drinks. Masterful creation and presentation on both. Super professional, friendly and informative mixologists. Tip: Ask for the secret drink menu at the bar. Have eaten here dozens of times and have never been even slightly disappointed.

I have been wanting to try Talus for a while, and I was very happy with my experience. I had the BlackBerry Shrub Mule that was very good. We had the crab and artichoke dip that was so delicious, and not like any dip I’ve had before. I had the hazelnut salmon with beet risotto that was all perfectly cooked and had such great flavor. The restaurant was comfortable, looked great, and had friendly service. I will be coming back!

Food was amazing. Our service was good. Gave service 4stars as we waited a bit more than normal but nothing to complain about. The hostess noticed our waiting and helped out which was amazing. Again. Food was excellent. We are already planning a trip back!

Our lunch was FABULOUS! I'd love to see them offer a luncheon menu with smaller serving sizes, but the quality is superb.

Highly disappointed. The menu rarely changes. Service was slow and the food was tepid, lukewarm at best. Sent it back and the replacement was no better. It’s a shame. Hopefully it was just a bad night but we won’t be back anytime soon.

Our first time at Talus. We had a great server Amy who suggested several winning entrees on the menu. Great service.
