First of all, when I say we, I mean 4 women from different walks of life and ages. We understand the restaurant has been open only 3 weeks but more care should have been taken in preparation. The servers and staff were very friendly and attentive. The food delivery was extremely slow and not good. We felt that they were trying too hard. A lot of the flavors were forced… mostarda orange with ricotta? The little gem salad dressing?? The sea bass was good but should have been served with something. The prices are very expensive for what we got. The napkins are polyester and do not absorb! Dan, the manager, was very attentive and polite and tried to improve our experience, apologized and gave us a discount. Simple is better!

The food and service were wonderful. Our server was very nice, she wanted to make sure we were happy and they moved us inside when we requested for a heater and it wasn’t available. Excellent service, we will come back soon.

Very good service, the cuisine was very appetizing with the texture , taste of ingredients a pleasure to the palate. The thinly sliced toasted bread with whipped ricotta, bits of roasted fig, sliced radishes and fruit is heaven on a plate.

Our waitperson was engaging, attentive and kind. He made our dining experience very enjoyable and really takes the cuisine seriously explaining freshness, ingredients and preparation.

This outfit does good work. We shared a delicious onion tart -- puff pastry and caramelized onions. She had a spice-rich roasted chicken, lots of Moroccan spices, nicely moist white meat, very tender dark meat, crispy skin. I had duck two ways --roasted breast and cabbage stuffed with the leg meat. Both dishes interesting and tasty. For dessert we split a really outstanding apple galette topped with pumpkin gelato, accompanied by a port wine. It's a bit expensive, but not outrageous. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive. The decor is a bit spartan but easy on the eye. If we lived in Murietta/Temecula this would be a regular special dinner place for us.

Truly a wonderful time was had. Manager outstanding great communication and attentiveness 😋. Excellent waiter. Very friendly, knowledgeable and quite pleasant. Loved our first experience here. I have to go back and bring the husband!

The food was phenomenal. The flavors are clearly carefully crafted in a meaningful and thoughtful way to bring surprises to your taste buds along the way. We left feeling full and satiated - not stuffed and bloated. The service team is well-versed and can speak to parings, and flavor profiles, while also ensuring you are having a delightful dinner experience. I highly recommend this tasty and service focused spot for any occasion.

Had reservation but still had to wait almost 20 minutes to be seated. Other groups came after and were seated before us. Food and service were good. Focaccia and ricotta was delicious - our favorite item of the night.

I think the restaurant had only been open 3 weeks when we dined there. Staff was very friendly and enthusiastic! The menu had a couple too many ingredients in each dish or combos that were near misses. Seemed like they were trying a little too hard to be innovative and missed the mark slightly. I appreciate the creativity and risk taking with the menu, but hope they narrow it down to the best ingredients and pairings that work well together. The kitchen garden is full of wonderful fruits and veggies including finger limes! May be worth another try once they work out the kinks in the menu.

Talia is the new restaurant at Murrieta Hot Springs Resort. It has a very pretty interior and a lovely outdoor dining patio. Our party of four was staying at the resort and ate at Talia for dinner our first night, and it was so good we went back the second night! The menu had many different offerings, including many dishes for veggies (myself), vegans and gluten-free diets. The food was very tasty, with unique combinations of flavors. We shared 6 different "Bites" our first night and it was more than enough food. Our favorites were the roasted potato puree with a green onion oil, focaccia with fresh ricotta, and roasted baby carrots in a shishito pesto. The second night we did main courses and desserts, the Moroccan spiced chicken was a favorite, as was the tangerine gelato. The drink menu is a step above any other place I've been too in recent memory, again with unique combinations of flavors and a large selection of "dovetails," their renditions of mocktails. I loved the Vitality Elixir with apple vinegar. They also offer zero-proof wines and beers. One of our party thought the Talia food was the best she'd ever had in restaurant!
