They only do Lasagna on Tuesday nights and each week it is different. It was so delicious!

The Negroni with Prosecco was grest. The calamari appetizer was very good as were the arugula salads. Expected fresh figs in the salad since it is thresh fig season but got fig jam instead. Still pretty good. The Talia pizza was good but the pasta left something to be desired. The ricotta gnocchi had a great sauce but the gnocchi was dense and chewy. Not like ricotta gnocchi at all. Had the tagliatelle and again. the sauce was good but the pasta was thick and chewy.. Can make sauces but the “homemade” pasta not so much. Also was very disappointed by the lack of" rosticceria. Nothing on a Saturday night - no porchetta, chicken or anything on the spits. What gives? Need to change the name!

One of the very best Pittsburgh restaurants. Melissa, Manager, is always welcoming. The chefs are innovative and the food is always delicious, locally sourced, fresh, and the menu is creative and there are many choices. The wine list is extensive, creative and offers outstanding selections. The vibe is happy, with lots of energy and various types of seating choices. The bar also has seating. The cocktails are innovative and delicious. A great dining experience where you won’t be disappointed.

All dishes ordered were excellent. Especially the baked Brie appetizer, crab chowder and an exceptional double cut pork chop. Very attentive and pleasant service from our waiter Jack. Modern ambiance with just the right vibe- not too loud, not too quiet. A totally positive experience.

Server was nice, but definitely needed more training to explain dishes. Also, the timing of the meal was very off where I am assuming our main course was kept under a heat lamp for far too long because he didn’t ask about pacing. Unfortunately it really ruined the meal. I ordered the ricotta gnocchi and my shrimp was so rubbery from overcooking and I found a few bones in my lobster. The sauce was also quite thin? I’ve dined at Talia twice before and it was excellent. Unfortunately this visit was extremely different. We also let the server know we were going to a show and he really made us a bit nervous at the end. Again, he as very nice but the whole experience should have been handled more professionally for a 130 dollar meal for 2. I have really enjoyed my visits in the past but I’m not sure I would return again after this past visit.

The food was outstanding and the service great. Beautiful ambience and vibe. First time in Pittsburgh - just passing through - but would recommend this place to the locals as well as anyone visiting the city. We will be back! Especially on a Tuesday to catch the awesome lasagna night!

Not really sure where to start …. The focaccia was over seasoned, the buratta was good - but it all went downhill. My tagliatelle was over sauced and strangely acidic and nearly inedible. My husband’s veal seemed ok until an hour later. He was sick all night. Apparently it was a new menu …. Might want to make some edits.

Great food and great service! The focaccia to start was obviously fresh baked and had great flavor. The 3 of us all ordered a different pasta dish and were all happy with our choices, all delicious. We then shared a tiramisu for dinner, and it was the perfect way to end our meal. Two of us also ordered the Mango Spritz and it was yummy and refreshing. The location was also convenient and easy to get to.
