This was our second time at Tala House. We are so impressed with the quality of the food and service! Our group of four had three appetizers and three different fish entrees, and all were excellent. Highly recommend!

Tala House never disappoints. Creative and well executed menu with super friendly service. The delicata squash and halibut were fantastic.

I can’t say enough good things about this place—easily my favorite restaurant in Chicago! It serves an awesome fusion of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine, and honestly, every dish is a masterpiece. The flavors are so unique and perfectly balanced; you can tell a lot of thought went into each dish. The owner was so attentive and genuinely cared that everyone was having a great experience. The staff were just as wonderful—friendly, knowledgeable, and on top of everything. I could see this spot getting a Michelin star one day. It’s that good. We will definitely be back.

Tala House - Unforgettable Dining Experience! I recently had the pleasure of dining at Tala House, and it was an absolutely outstanding experience! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, setting the perfect mood for a memorable night out. One of the absolute highlights of our visit was Carlos, our waiter. Carlos is a gem—he was not only attentive and knowledgeable but also brought such a genuine warmth and sense of humor to our table. His energy was infectious, making everyone feel at ease and entertained. It’s rare to find someone who can be both professional and personal, but Carlos nailed it! He even took the time to make tailored recommendations for each of us, and he got it spot on. The drinks were spectacular. Each cocktail was a work of art, carefully crafted and packed with flavor. You could tell the bartenders put a lot of thought and creativity into each drink, and the quality was phenomenal. All in all, Tala House has a true superstar team, and Carlos is at the heart of it. For anyone looking for a fun, flavorful, and memorable dining experience, I can’t recommend Tala House enough! We’ll definitely be back for more.

We are so delighted to have Tala House and its wonderful owner and team in Andersonville. The food is spectacular and they make you feel like family. The new cocktail and drinks menu is the same high level of creativity and deliciousness as the food menu. It's a neighborhood gem and we're going to go back as much as we can.

Wonderful new restaurant in Andersonville highlighted by innovative delicious dishes, outstanding warm service (thank you, Carlos!) and exceptional cocktails! Pretty patio area in the back even works well in cold weather thanks to a large tent and heaters. A new gem on the north side!
