   This restaurant is OMG!! Every time I come here and never disappointed. Tonight, we had 7 Course tasting menu. Since 1st course to 7th one still I have all the flavors in my palate. Porsions are good enough and cater to eyes.

   Incredible food, attentive staff, and a brilliant drink selection. Sit at the bar if you can and watch the chefs work their magic. Could not recommend Taksim more.

   We had a group of 9, and they would not accommodate my friend who had allergies to walnuts, even though 2 of the dishes on the tasting menu were walnut heavy. They said the whole group had to do the tasting menu and would not let him order off the tasting menu. When it was said and done, he ended up ordering the tasting menu and wasting 2 dishes

We understand the importance of accommodating dietary needs, and our tasting menu requires full table participation without substitutions, as noted both on OpenTable and on our menu. Although we couldn’t modify the first course, we ensured it was brought to the table, and other guests enjoyed it, meaning there was no food wasted. The second course was prepared without walnuts, as requested, and the guest was able to enjoy it. We hope this clarifies any concerns, and we truly appreciate your visit and feedback.

   Amazing food and service! Sat at the bar… which was a great idea to interact with the servers and seeing all the amazing food being brought out! Will definitely refer and return! I ordered the Risotto which was good— nothing extra special, however presentation was nice — the flower bread and the shrimp were so delicious- so was the Taksim donuts!

   We were constantly harrassed by waiting staff and told to hurry up even though we barely spent an hour there. Will not return.

   I love Lokma, so I was excited to try this restaurant by the same people, but was very disappointed. We got the tasting menu, and the portions were comically small. The cauliflower dish was 3 little florets, for example. The service was also lacking. They didn’t take our order for 20 mins after being seated. We sat with empty glasses for a long time and they never asked us if we wanted another drink. They didn’t ask us how our food was or describe the dishes. Overall the food was decent but the value is just not there. We paid $240 for 2 people and left hungry.

   The food was great. We had the tasting menu, so we tried a wide variety of the dishes. My date and I enjoyed all the different flavors and textures. I had the branzino and she had the kebab. I might mention that i think the tasting menu is a fantastic value, albeit almost too much food!

   Our meal was fresh and flavourful, the 7 course tasting menu was great to try a variety of Turkish and Mediterranean dishes. Servers were extremely attentive and accomodating, I never had to wait for a water refill or look around for help. The atmosphere was elevated and vibrant, I’ll be back soon!

    We had a thoroughly enjoyable experience! We did the 7-course tasting menu. The portions are small but an excellent value. Before the dessert course we added a side of flower bread and split the cauliflower soup. That topped the meal off perfectly! I would recommend adding bread at the start of the meal in case you’re worried it won’t be enough food. Everything tasted fantastic, it’s too hard to pick a favorite dish. We were seated at the chef counter with a first row seat into the kitchen. We had been walking in the rain so the heat from the oven was extra comforting. I loved the entire food journey and warm atmosphere.
