At Takja, we take pride in offering a warm and inviting space where guests can gather with family and friends to experience Korean BBQ. Chefs Jeff Kang & Edward Bang bring their culinary imagination to the table, crafting a menu that celebrates the diverse flavors of Korea. Guests will enjoy fresh seafood and in-house dry-aged meats with a heavy focus on fermentation, along with a carefully curated selection of wines and signature cocktails, which elevate traditional Korean spirits. Located in the West End, Takja offers a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for experiencing a special memory of a Korean BBQ or just having a good time.

If it's your first time here you should get the Hansang (tasting menu) You'll leave full and satisfied. The glistening cuts of beef and pork were phenomenal, but it was the banchan that became our favorite. And the light fluffy bingsoo dessert to finish the night made it perfect.

What a great meal! We ordered the Hansang, they were very flexible with substitutions for the seafood tower. Everything was so delicious. All the ingredients, especially the meat were high quality. Service was very good as well.

This was a very awesome imagination of the Korean grill experience - I think value wise there could be a little more push on elevating the bachan, maybe a little more mood lighting and perhaps ambience and music choice! Wagyu was amazing touch.

It was definitely one of the best Korean BBQ experience. The quality of meat and food was a bar raiser with great service and ambience. I will visit again later.

Many restaurants advertise a dining experience but Takaj BBQ house truly delivers. For those that love Korean Banchan those served up here are truly memorable. The white kimchi and salad with the gochujang dressing were amazing. The star of course were the steaks grilled expertly and served with pride and care. No dinner is complete without desert. The house made Bingsu were true show stoppers light refreshing and addictive. A must dine experience.
