Step into a Tahoe Joe's Famous Steakhouse restaurant, and it's like taking a trip to Lake Tahoe. Ultimately, it is the food at Tahoe Joe's Famous Steakhouse that turns first-time restaurant visitors into long term guests. Our steaks are USDA, Midwest corn fed beef, cut thick and charbroiled over a cracklin' almond wood fire. Our signature items, such as slow-roasted Joe's Steak, Railroad Camp Shrimp and the to-die-for homemade Nevada Cheesecake are favorites our guests crave and are only available at Tahoe Joe's Famous Steakhouse. Our food is made from scratch using the finest ingredients to create an experience we call Sierra Mountain Dining. Our passion for quality food is the foundation for Tahoe Joe's success.

Valentine’s Day will always be busy. The staff at Tahoe Joes did a great job accommodating the heavy traffic. The hostesses worked well together. The waitress did not show and stress and was extremely pleasant and helpful. She checked on out table at least 5 times after we ordered. Food was very good. Thanks for the pleasant dinner.

Everything was satisfactory-pretty casual and relaxed. Family friendly-staff was good, but they could have probably used more help.

Excellent service by Jacob tonight. The food and drinks were very good. An enjoyable dinner.

The overall experience and the food can't say Enough! Even though it was new years eve extremely busy, they did there best to seat us and our waitress was one of the best!

Service by the host and our server was fantastic. The quality of the steaks was fair at best. Salad, potato, vegetables were good. The quality of beef at onetime was really good. But has gone downhill over the last few years. Not sure where they are purchasing there beef but it needs to improve.

I ordered ribs and they were burnt to a crisp. They should never have left the kitchen.
