Tagliata, an Italian chophouse, boasts an impressive menu featuring hand cut steaks, fresh rolled pastas, house made charcuterie & bounty of fresh seafood. Tagliata offers the largest wine list in Baltimore with bottles from around the world & a focus on Italian wines. We host live music in the piano lounge. Open windows overlook our majestic courtyard, which is illuminated with strung lights & features an seasonal outdoor bar.

The suggested dress is business casual. We kindly ask our guests to abide by these suggestions to create an enjoyable environment for all guests.
The following items are prohibited however:
• Gentlemen’s tank tops or sleeveless shirts
• Hats are not permitted indoors for gentlemen
• No exposed undergarments
• Clothing with language or graphics that are vulgar or sexually explicit
• Footwear is required, however there is no restriction on the style

    My girlfriends and I chose Tagliata for lunch to celebrate a birthday. One had never been before, and none of us had been for lunch. It was a beautiful day so we sat outside. Everything was perfect. We are (and have always been) obsessed with the calamari. Tried the red bliss potatoes…now I’ll never not get them again!

    First off, use the valet. So what, it's 15 bucks plus the tip. You would spend that at any garage or street parking..really...not for me. Had 5:30 reservations on Labor Day. The hostess greeted us and we were seated right away. Our server was "Marissa". She was fabulous. She first walked us through some drink offerings and gave us a little time to consider our drinks. After the drinks arrived, only a short time, she walked us through some of the offerings on the menu and the "specials". She answered questions and gave great feed back. We opted for the calamari appetizer. It was great. This is not some coated and deep fried stuff. This is top quality calamari matched with fregola sarda, olives, capers and a hint of spice...outstanding dish We opted for two half portions of pasta as a second course. The squid ink campanelle was outstanding. The pasta, crab meat, cream and basil all came together and made wonderful flavors. We also liked the Lobster Ravaoli. The lobster cream sauce was balanced nicely. The ravioli were soft and tender in the middle and a perfect "to the teeth" on the outside. I have read some people that complain about the "bite" of the ravioli. They clearly have no idea what Al-dente means. Theses were excellent. The grilled sword fish was a huge portion (took a doggie bag) served over fresh seasonal veggies. The flavors worked perfectly. The short rib was fall apart tender and rich and flavorful. The pickled kohlrabi (which I have never had) added a wonderful contrast of sweet and sour. We were there for a birthday occasion, "Marissa" provided us with a complimentary dessert, which I thought was a wonderful thing to do. Would definitely go again. Cost, well folks you get what you pay for. We go out three or four times a year to a really "nice place". I have no complaints about the pricing. Reservation - definitely. Ask to work with Marissa. One of the best servers we have ever worked with.

    Our server was amazing, she truly went above and beyond to make our anniversary experience special. Food was delicious, enjoyed the truffle pasta special but my favorite dish was the beef carpaccio. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

    The bartender did not know how to make certain drinks.. ordered a Martini and the Olives were mushy... Dinner was average for an Italian restaurant. will not return

    My husband and I came to celebrate our anniversary. The atmosphere was lively and the food was delicious. My favorite was the lobster ravioli but we also had the oysters, beef carpaccio, cowboy steak, and the prawn special. Loved every bite. We asked for a suggestion on a red wine pairing & they delivered. The wine was smooth and went well with our entire meal. I also have to say that all of the staff was so friendly and attentive. Somehow they all knew we were celebrating and each congratulated us which felt very special. It was our first time dinning here and we’ll be back again.

    Lovely, simple Italian meal. The homemade pasta can’t be beat. I ordered Bolognese and it was sumptuous and comforting-just as I had expected. We finished with the ricotta doughnuts and gelato trio…amazing.

    Service was outstanding! Wish I could recall server name- she was terrific! Food… meh. Gazpacho very good. Eggplant and chicken Parmesan meh for $40 for bowl of pasta?! Nice setting. Lovely evening overall.

    Service was amazing. Bread was delicious! Entrees were mediocre. Ambiance is spectacular. Chicken parm was just average. Duck special, similar to lasagna roll, was pretty good. Lemon aioli fried chicken appetizer was quite flavorful and the best dish.
