Our business model is unusual for the restaurant industry. We believe that if we invest in the best possible ingredients and people, and focus our resources on presentation and environment, our customers will recognize the difference and will be excited to return and share their experience with others. We believe that a cocktail should be the creative expression of its author, and that a good meal must be an artistic blend of flavor, aroma and color. A true dining experience should involve an awakening of all of the senses and we hope to bring this delight to our guests...again, and again, and again.

Daniel was our waiter and he did a fantastic job! Great food and great service, what else could you ask for! He also did a great job celebrating my wife's birthday with a special dessert.

Great food. Great service. Our table was in the bar area so it was noisier than dining room, but we LOVED it.

Incredibly fast service. Food was excellent. I will dream about the churro ice cream.

This is a hard review to write. We asked to sit inside which was okay but we were right across from the big A/C unit. One of our party got very cold and asked if it could be lower but there were other people in the room which we completely understood. However, we ordered a hot meal which arrived hot but in less than 3 minutes all of our food was lukewarm due to the AC unit. It was literally blowing cold air right on us and our food. The problem, its the desert and without AC it would have been stifling sitting anywhere. Not sure if there is anything that could have been done, other than moving our table further back in the room, which would have been bad as there was a large party and they were VERY LOUD, even from where we were sitting way over on the other side of the room.

Everyone was very friendly, and the food was delicious. The cocktails were just okay.

We had a reservation for 8:15 pm and had to wait over 20 minutes to be shown to a table, even though we asked the staff at reception several times. The manager was apologetic and offered to give us a tequila flight, but that never happened. Food was okay, but not outstanding. I don’t think we will return here, especially since the restaurant was very loud inside it’s a shame really.

The food was outstanding! From the delicious watermelon, margaritas, fresh made tortilla chips and guacamole to the carne asada tacos, and stuffed plabano pepper, everything was extraordinary. We eat Mexican food often and this is some of the best we’ve ever had. The decor was interesting and the atmosphere lively and the service was great. We will definitely eat here again.

We’ve stayed in PS for 1 month and weve been back 4 times! Hard to top this place! Authentic, beautiful staff and hands down one of the most delicious!! Will recommend 10000%!
