El servicio fue demasiado lento. Supongo que fue por la fecha de San Valentin, pero deberían prever que habrá mucha gente y necesitarán muchas manos. El ambiente todo cool como siempre pero mi reservación era 10 pm y terminé comiendo 11:15 pm Experiencia en fecha normal 10/10 Experiencia en 14 de febrero 6/10

When we first arrived, the service was fantastic. Almost as soon as we were seated, we were asked for our drink order and this was fulfilled quickly. Same with the appetizers. But as time went on, the service became worse and worse. Our waiter was clearly not in a good mood. He was not happy. We thought perhaps it was something about us he didn’t like, but then we saw he treated other tables with the same unfriendliness. As time went on, we had a more and more difficult time summoning our waiter. In fact, we ended up ordering drinks from a man who isn’t even a waiter. I think maybe he was only in training, but he was more attentive than our actual waiter and took our order for after dinner drinks and happily brought them. There is a very elementary problem with the menu. Some items include a side but this isn’t specified on the menu. In fact, all the sides are listed individually with a price, which leads a person to believe the sides are ordered separately. So, when I ordered a steak with a side of potatoes, I received two orders of potatoes (one with the steak and one separately). An experienced waiter could have corrected this error on the menu. Instead, he said nothing. I expect more from a restaurant of this caliber. The entertainment was fantastic. I loved it. Taste of the food was absolutely amazing. The volume of the speakers should be about 80% of what we experienced. I literally had to lean over and speak very loudly in my spouse’s ear to have a conversation due to the volume of the music. I like the music; but we should be able to have a Valentine’s Day dinner without needing to yell over the music. I had a good experience here and would return again, but there are some rookie mistakes here which might be excused for a new restaurant, but there’s no excuses for some of these elementary errors in a well-established restaurant. It could have easily been a perfect experience if the management and staff paid more attention to detail.

Es un gran lugar, sin embargo mi experiencia se vió completamente empañada por una situación al final de la cena. Asistí este 14 de de Febrero a celebrar nuestro aniversario con mi esposa. Para ello había adquirido con antelación un paquete de San Valentín que incluía una mesa con decoración y champaña. La comida buena, el servicio excelente. La situación que empañó la experiencia fue que al mostrar mi agradecimiento en el cobro le pedí al capitán que agregara el 18% de servicio. Mi gran error fue no haber revisado la cifra final. Lección aprendida. De regreso en mi hogar y revisando los cargos a mi tarjeta me doy cuenta que el capitán había cobrado el 38% en lugar del 18% de servicio. Siempre existirá el beneficio de la duda, pero una diferencia tan grande es difícil de otorgar dicho beneficio. Totalmente inaceptable y desgraciadamente tirando toda una grata experiencia por los suelos. Me pensaré tres veces el volver a algún restaurante del grupo, debido al abuso, que seguramente es una constante cuando se presta la ocasión y oportunidad de parte de su personal.

Experience was all around pleasing. The food was delicious. Amazing Greek style options if you don’t like sea food. The hookah Classico was 10/10 experience. The jazz player that played live and got everyone excited was a bonus to the evening we didn’t expect. The black and white cake was recommended to us and SO delicious. Definitely recommend for the overall experience.

No está mal. Pero no me encantó la comida. O sea no está fea pero tampoco wow, por lo que pagas esperábamos más.
