Offering sweeping views of the river and downtown Louisville paired with a supper club-style menu, Swizzle, a new restaurant by the Al J. Schneider Company and The Galt House Hotel, will welcome diners next spring. Perched 25 stories above River Road, the space has long been a destination for Louisville residents’ most special moments. That legacy will continue with Swizzle, which will also offer happy hour specials and bar bites, encouraging diners to drop by for a quick drink, or linger for the evening. The new restaurant concept replaces RIVUE, which closed earlier this month, and will be open for dinner and drinks nightly.

First time going and we loved it! My husband 35th birthday went smoothly. Our server was GREAT she was every attentive to us and very nice and answering all of our questions for our first visit and I recommend!

Highly Recommended !!!!!!! I have the 14 oz Strip steak with the Au Poivre sauce, Every bite was amazing.!! The waiter was definition of great service. I would rank this place of one of my favorites of all time. Everything for the amazing drink selections , Appetizers, New York Strip, Lobster Tails and Salmon were prepared to perfection. The ambiance was amazing! The oysters..not good. Steak amazing. Drinks good but slow to deliver. Staff didn't seem well trained. Butt worth a visit for the ambiance.

The atmosphere was pleasant, but the service left much to be desired. I asked the waiter for a wine recommendation, and unfortunately, he couldn’t provide one. When you're paying premium prices, that level of knowledge should be expected. The food was mediocre, and to top it off, the restaurant was uncomfortably cold. Overall, I was quite disappointed, especially considering the high price—my expectations were far from met.

Swizzle was a great experience!! They accommodated changing my reservation twice. The food was excellent and the bartender made a custom herbal drink for me. Don’t miss the bananas Foster cheesecake!

First impression was great. 3 people were sharing the carnivore platter. It came out very well done. Manager had a new platter made for medium. By then the sides were cold. They replaced those two. Comped a round of drinks and our app. I think they handled it as well as they could but it was a disappointing birthday dinner.
