SWIM CLUB

A historic pool turned social club, Swim Club is refreshingly fun. Indulge in the age-old adage: eat, drink, and be Downright. Grab a bite in the sunken dining room with submarine views of the adjacent pool, sip a refreshing cocktail on your poolside lounger, soak in the sun on The Lawn, and when the good-hearted and good-timing leaves you thirsty for more, enjoy late-night tunes in Rodeo Room.

DINE AT SWIM CLUB

Dive in with cold-blended cocktails and brick-oven cooking. Vibrant cocktails with bright spices and citrus complement the dining room’s animated hues while the menu conjures memories of endless summers, highlighting local ingredients, backyard grilling favorites, roasted with the ferocity of the Texas sun. For groups of 12 or more please email ryan.hollowell@downrightaustin.com or visit us online at swimclubaustin.com for private dining requests. We also offer day passes for pool access only in person or through ResortPass.

Becca was a great hostess she provided great recommendations. The food and drinks did not disappoint! The atmosphere was super cool, great for capture content. We will be back!!!

Double date night, while the students were at the football game! Had a lovely time and enjoyed the chicharrones and Baja tacos the most! Also those mixed drinks are delicious!

Absolutely perfect for a day date! We noted in our reservation we were celebrating a date and they complimented us with champagne, a lovely welcoming. Cocktails are unique and delicious and worth $15 each. We enjoyed some chips & dip and salads, all were great! This space is so unique and fun! Whether you’re staying at the hotel, looking for a way to stay cool, or wanting to experience a swanky place to hang out, the Swim Club is a must!!

Had a great time! The aesthetic is so cute and pink! They were accommodating for my larger party and the pool was clean and fun for after eating!

Service was extremely slow, 2.5 hours for a meal and was barely able to get 2 drinks, took an 45 mins to get first drinks and apps…. Essentially then made it impossible to get. Spot for the pool. In addition the pool water was green murky and disgusting, left and went to another pool instead … disappointed and disgusting.

We do treat our pool daily internally and use an outside third party company to monitor all the levels to ensure we are focusing on cleanliness and safety of our pool. Waited 45 minutes for a table when we had a reservation. There was a Spurs event going on, and they had a PA system blasting everything that was going on outside. It was so loud and obnoxious, we couldn’t hear each other talk. It was a bummer, and I wish I’d known the event was happening so I could’ve planned to celebrate my birthday somewhere else .

Food was very middle of the road. The atmosphere is quite unique and fun. We went to the pool after lunch and the whole pairing of the restaurant and pool was a winning duo. Frozen drinks were very very sweet.
