   What a beautiful spot nestled in the hustle and bustle of Wrigleyville! The staff was attentive, food was delicious, and atmosphere was fabulous. Yhank you for the birthday treat for my son!

   Went to Swift and Sons before a show at Metro. We were on the second floor with a view of the Wrigley marquee. Dined with another couple. Nice cocktails were enjoyed by everyone. Started with the olives and cheese curds before our entrees. I had the rigatoni, which was delicious. The others had burgers or chicken sandwiches. Everyone liked their meals. Service was very good. Would recommend, we will be back.

   HH menu said $8 cocktails. I did not specify specific cocktails so we believed all cocktails were the HH price so we were surprised they were full price. If select cocktails are the HH price of $8 they need to state which ones on menu.

   Came here on a Monday night with reservations, but absolutely didn’t need them. Other than 3 guys at the bar, we were the only other patrons there. Came to celebrate my birthday. Food was good. Got the happy hour oysters, and I had the salmon with lemon orzo. Delicious! The salmon was cooked to perfection and the lemon orzo - I could have gone for a whole second helping, it was that good! My son ordered the steak frites, and while he ordered it medium, it came out medium well. Still, the flavor was great. We were too full to get dessert, so we didn’t make it to that round. Considering we were the only table in there, the service was a little slow, and our server didn’t come around too often, so we waited for some things. That aside, she was very sweet and overall we were happy with everything.

   I went to Swift & Sons for an impromptu brunch and was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and drinks. I ordered simple biscuits and gravy which was delicious and more hearty than I expected. The cocktails were made well and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere.

   Our server and staff were all top notch. Friendly, responsive and made certain every need was met. Drinks came out right away, and the two cocktails I had were delicious. I had the hanger steak which was cooked to perfection. My partner had the rigatoni bolognese which was really good and the sauce embraced umami notes without being too heavy and was far better than I had anticipated. We had a side of macaroni ordered for the table and that was executed perfectly, creamy and cheesy with no graininess and clung well to the pasta. I would recommend this place to others and would definitely eat here again. The only thing that was a bit off putting were the lights that were dimmed but then would dim too low and then get significantly brighter multiple times during the meal.

    Loved how accommodating the staff was to help us move our seats. The food and drinks were amazing!! Especially the manhattan ..
