Sandra Roberts, from the winery, will lead us through a tasting of 6 wines from the PlumpJack Collection of Wineries including Cade and Adaptation. Sitting on 42-acres in Oakville, Napa Valley, the PlumpJack Estate Vineyard yields an intricate array of soils that allow them to cultivate wines known for intriguing complexity. Chef Partner, Chris Pandel has prepared a special 6 course dinner menu which has been delightfully paired with the PlumpJack Collection.
