    My wife and I had requested a romantic table but were seated in the middle of the room beside a large, loud table with children, despite there being several open booths. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich, but it was made with fatty chicken thigh, and with the mayo and fennel slaw, it was so oily that it was hard to eat. After just one bite, I left most of my $20 plate untouched. The server noticed and asked if everything was okay; I explained that I couldn’t eat it, and while she offered something else, it wasn’t clear to me if that meant an additional purchase. So, my plate wasn’t comped and went to waste. While I’d expect a restaurant to comp a meal that couldn’t be eaten, that didn’t happen here, and we won’t be back. The crab dip and risotto were excellent, but the sea bass was under-seasoned. Overall, this place feels overpriced, and we don’t plan to return.

    Nice evening, large Party in conference area quite loud, would have helped the dining area if doors had been kept closed

    Great ambiance, awesome cuisine, and attentive and cheerful waitstaff. Our waiter, Alyssa, was especially conscientious.

    This was the worst restaurant experience that I have had in years. We were seated quickly upon check in, only to sit for a full 30 minutes before seeing our server. This only happened because we found a busboy and a manager. We ordered immediately and asked for bread while we were waiting. A full 30 minutes later, we still had not received the bread let alone any appetizers or food. We spoke with a manager again and he was useless. Eventually (after over an hour), we spoke with the manager and left. The restaurant was still seating people and many were sitting and waiting like we were. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. A manager or server not even bringing bread within one hour tells you everything that you need to know. Truly awful.

    Food took nearly an hour to arrive on a non busy night. Steak was cold and fries were rock solid, tasted like it had been under a heat lamp

    I was super excited to patronize the iconic Sweetwaters Restaurant after their re-opening. We were seated outside which I had requested so that was awesome. Unfortunately that was the best part of the evening. Service was slow despite a moderately full dining room. We ordered the avocado chicken chop salad which came with zero avocado and I’m pretty sure the chicken had spoiled. The actual salad portion was delicious however. The brussel sprouts, crab dip and candied pork belly were also delicious though a bit spendy. Our waiter Robbie was awesome and sadly felt the need to apologize repeatedly for the slow service and food. I will go back but am going to wait a bit until they work out the kinks.

    Love the newly remodeled decor and being able to sit at a table by the river. Chef just created a new menu we were told so we had a chance to try new things. Sea bass was delicious and fresh. The mushroom ravioli was absolutely delicious too. Good service and food. Nice decor as well. Good mix of options on the menu for all.
