   Sweetwater is a great place! We had a great time. Our waitress was so accommodating. She had a great sense of humor and was warm and friendly. It’s a great place for the entire family. I Highly recommend coming to relax and spend time with family and friends .

   The food, drinks and service were good. I did not like the fact that there was a cover charge of $10/person after 6. If we had not come for dinner and only come for drinks and the band, it would have been acceptable.

   First time thete food was excellent and the service by barry excellent.all staff and other patrons very friendly made us feel at homme.thank you for a great afternoon!

   We arrived on time for a 1:00 reservation. We ordered some beverages and appetizers initially. shortly after, we were approached by a lady who was selling bands to watch the Soul Cruisers band at $10 per person cover charge. We planned on being there a while and had no problem purchasing the band. At 2:34 exactly we were approached by a very assertive hostess who told us they had a two hour table limit, and that we were politely being asked to leave. At that time, we had not even been there two hours. We showed her the band and she said ‘OK you’re good’ We ordered more food and beverages and were having a great afternoon. Once again this very assertive, and quite rude, hostess approached us again stating they had a two hour table limit and that we needed to move out, that there was a one hour wait of people looking for tables.. We explained that we had our band on and we’re watching the band and eating food and she wanted nothing to do with it. We were told to leave that we had checked out and paid our bill and we needed to leave. We had in fact not paid our bill, and could have easily gotten up and walked away, but we didn’t. We asked for the bill because we were not staying where we were not welcome any longer, paid it and left. There was no one, and I do reiterate, no one waiting in line outside for a table, as well when we looked around inside the dining room there were empty tables available for anyone who needed one. Unfortunately this experience was not as pleasant as in the past . We were not told upon arrival OR when making the reservation that there would be a two hour table limit or a $10 per person cover charge. Beautiful venue, good food and our waiter was very nice. However, not worth driving an hour to be harassed to leave. There are many places that would welcome customers to frequent their establishments. It is quite likely that we will not return.

   We are glad we used open table to make a reservation for a table at Sweetwater Marina and Riverdeck. We saw a band. Very good time.
