What a brilliant find right in the centre of Bath. Food was plentiful and of excellent quality and variety. I ordered a grazing box to share and we were so impressed. Staff super friendly, overall a wonderful time and will definitely be returning.

Good staff but I was underwhelmed with the afternoon tea for several reasons. The cream offered with coffee was lumpy, dishes weren't clean enough and some cakes were dry. The venue looks better than the food actually is. That being said, the staff were attentive and polite. I was glad to use voucher gifted to me for this. If I was using my own money I would lodge a complaint.

Food was ok- nothing to write home about, but not bad. We were very disappointed in the service. We were told to leave and come back because we were 13 minutes early. They never smiled or said a kind word. They only came to check on us at the end. We were not spoken to about the bill and waited in the very hot stuffy upstairs tea room. They did not have any sort of fan on an unbelievably hot day. It was very uninviting and unwelcoming and I would not invite anyone back. Cakes were alright service was appalling.

Treated my friend to afternoon tea for her birthday, it was absolutely wonderful in every way 😍 the food was delicious, friendly/welcoming staff and such a cute/ aesthetic setting. Thank you!!

Service was great and sandwiches and cakes were lovely, our group were just a little disappointed with the scones and size of the cakes for 29.00 each.

All afternoon teas have 4 finger sandwiches, a sausage roll, savoury choux bun, 2 scones, jam & cream and 4 petit pois. We had the most gorgeous afternoon tea for my friend to end her hen weekend. The food was freshly made and delicious, the decor was gorgeous and the service was excellent. Couldn’t fault it and would highly recommend.

Food is always good. Unfortunately we had to sit outside. Staff were attentive but not that friendly.

I booked Afternoon Tea here for my Daughter and myself during a trip to Bath. The shop is very cute and pretty. The food was very fresh and the service was great.
