At first the experience went well, we were seated and seen to quickly despite there being quite a few people there. The food was good and served quickly.
However, when we had finished our mains, there was nobody around to take our plates and allow us to see the dessert menu. We ended up having to ask for it ourselves but our empty plates were left. We were waiting for a waiter or waitress to come and take our orders for a long while despite it, by this time, being almost completely empty. We finally got the plates taken away when we called to a nearby waitress to take our order.
We also had to ask for more drinks at this time as well.
We ended up waiting for an extremely long time for the desserts and when we finished, we had to go to the nearby bar in order to ask for the bill as nobody was coming to our table.
It was clear that the dessert should not have taken so long to arrive as we could tell that they had been microwaved and had been left in for too long.
The hotel itself is good, but the restaurant could be better and we will likely eat elsewhere instead.
