Swan, the famed Miami Design District restaurant and lounge from David Grutman and Pharrell Williams, announces the introduction of a brand new menu.
Designed around market-driven ingredients, Swan’s updated culinary offering focuses on lighter fare with highly shareable appeal. It’s Miami’s version of a brasserie: bright and energetic, yet imbued with the spirit of a classic European eatery. Seafood-centric small plates–such as Chilled Oysters, Charred Octopus, and Bluefin Tuna Roses–introduce this menu, leading into highlights such as Lemon Garlic Chicken, Blueberry Filet and Spicy Vodka Veal Parmigiana. Throughout, locally-sourced produce complements the freshness. Interspersed are Groot Hospitality house favorites such as Chips & Caviar, Hamachi Crudo and Everything Bagel Parker House Rolls.
This reformatted approach keeps in line with Swan’s popular taste, but elevates it to something a bit more magical–and therefore, more Miami.

I recently visited Swans for a special occasion and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The restaurant has a beautiful ambiance, blending elegance with a cozy, intimate atmosphere. Whether you're seated by the windows with a view or tucked into one of the plush booths, the setting creates a perfect environment for both casual dining and celebratory events. The menu offers a variety of well-thought-out dishes that showcase fresh, seasonal ingredients. Each dish is a work of art, not only visually but also in terms of taste. I particularly enjoyed the seafood options. Service at Swans is another highlight. The staff is attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about both the food and wine, and quick to offer suggestions if you're unsure of what to try. Overall, Swans provides a dining experience that is well worth the visit, especially if you're celebrating something special. The combination of excellent food, superb service, and an inviting atmosphere makes it a standout choice in the local dining scene. Highly recommended!

DO NOT GO HERE ! I went for Miami spice, & it very misleading, the portions are very small. The service was horrible, the drinks are great.

We had a great waiter and excellent drinks. However, most dishes were salty and protein dishes lacked appropriate seasoning and flavors.

The food was delicious as always! My fav restaurant in the Design District. Young and beautiful people excellent music! Always a great place to hang out on a Monday night!! 😜

The restaurant is definitely picture worthy, went for lunch so had a very quiet experience but I know dinner is not the same case. Had the miami spice menu, the main dishes weren’t impressive. Ordered the pasta which was way too salty, best choice my party ordered was the smash burger and salmon dish.

Had foreign objects in the food gave a 5% discount on the for returning. A steak , no replacement and no full refund…total disgrace from management
