Great choice for a place to eat, views of Saint Pauls from the windows, and away from the madding crowd. Ideal for a meal after or before seeing a play - it has links directly to the Globe Theatre.

We had an amazing afternoon celebrating my mother in law's birthday with a classic afternoon tea. The setting was beautiful, tastefully decorated, comfortable and with views overlooking the Thames and St Psul's Cathedral. The staff were welcoming and the level of service second to none. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful from start to finish. They didn’t rush us at all and nothing was too much trouble. A very chilled and pleasant experience

Excellent service, lovely friendly waitress. Excellent value for money and food was exceptional. Would highly recommend The Swan.

the afternoon teas we had were amazing mine included fish and chips, more savoury than sweet, but both of them were 39.50 which is a bargain, we had extra tea and coffee and sandwiches all of which we were not charged extra for, the swan is amazing right on the river beautiful views of the thames, st pauls cathedral etc etc

Lovely location (one is paying partly for the view!), good and unhurried service. Food of high wuality though the portions rather on the small size. Nevertheless a good place for lunch.

Lovely location & afternoon tea for a special celebration . Our party enjoyed both the classic & gentleman's afternoon tea both were amazing, plentiful & tasty

We had one vegetarian afternoon tea between 2. It was not quite enough but one each would probably have been too much! I would be good if they did a 1 and a half size - with a few more sandwiches. Only need 1 scone each. Also the cakes were delicious but tiny.
