Le menu de chez Swan reflète un style britannique moderne, avec des produits locaux de saison, des menus à la carte et des repas après le théâtre disponibles toute la semaine. Swan sert également un thé quotidien très prisé entre midi et 15h30 du lundi au samedi, le dimanche de 14h30 à 15h30 avec une délicieuse sélection de sandwiches faits maison et des gâteaux et des scones fraîchement cuits. The restaurant is very nice and the staff are attentive which is really good. You brought out a little treat to my friend for her birthday which was lovely and unexpected! I spent £110 on the afternoon tea and two glasses of wine which is a lot for what you get although the food is lovely and quite filling. When we were told we had overstayed our allocated time we decided to head downstairs to the bar which is where the evening took a turn slightly. We asked if we could sit in a booth and were told this was ok and that someone would come to us to take our order. We ordered 2 glasses of pinot, exactly the same as what we had upstairs and were shocked to be given a bill afterwards for £27! The bill said we had 4 small glasses of wine and we were told this is because they don’t have a ‘button for large’. We also learned that we had now been charged service charge because the wine was ordered from the table. (We were told to go to the table, I could have easily ordered at the bar Our confusion with both these issues was responded to fairly dismissively although I cannot believe we are the first people to raise the issue over the wine charge! 2 glasses upstairs in the restaurant were £16 total, why was it so different downstairs??? If you go here I would go to the restaurant and I recommend it but I would avoid visiting the bar unless you have lots of cash or a desire to debate with disinterested staff

Great location and view. Visited on Saturday afternoon. Super busy but service was great and attentive and came to check on us several times. Even the manager was helping the staff. Absolutely impeccable. To visit again

Fabulous experience at Swan London. Classic afternoon tea and bubbly! The staff were so friendly, welcoming and attentive. Beautiful views over the Thames. Amazing food, value and ambience. Would highly recommend.

We booked our Much Ado About Tea using a gift voucher. A lovely setting, beautifully presented food and excellent service. Staff were very attentive and offered more sandwiches and tea several times during our time there. There was a good atmosphere and we had amazing views over the Thames.

We had a pleasant lunch here in the Balcony room with lovely views. The service was fast and attentive. We had starters and main course. Carrot soup, beetroot salad and asparagus & artichoke salad. Didn't have to wait long between courses which was lucky as the starters were very small. Polenta 'steak' and roasted cod for mains. All the food was well-presented and tasty enough, but the starters were tiny, and the mains not sufficient. Vegetables were extra, and the roast potatoes were rather hard and oily. We're just average women. Suspect those with a hearty appetite would feel hungry, or slightly broke! Over all, a pleasant experience but probably wouldn't return.

Beautiful setting, fantastic price and refillable sandwiches on the classic afternoon tea set??? Unbeatable. The tea was top quality and the servers were attentive and friendly.

Super location, very friendly and professional service, food (afternoon tea classic & veggie) was just delicious, additional tea pots and sandwiches were offered for us and the children as well. Just lovely.
