I sat in the dining room which is quieter than the front room which has a bar music. The service was outstanding and the food was great. I had a beef stew with plantains and jola rice. Glad I came to check it out would come back next time I'm in town.

The food was simply excellent… wonderful flavor! I am vegan & thoroughly enjoyed the options they had and that they cook everything in coconut milk and not butter. And the flaming margarita was a fun, festive touch. I will be back the next time I visit DC!

It is always a pleasure to bring my visitors to DC here. They have proven that an African Restaurant can be upscale with good food and beautiful people. I have never been disappointed in the food or customer service. Everyone always want to go back and I will continue to support their business.

Our server, Timmy, was exceptionally gracious, and the host displayed warmth and attentiveness both before and after we were seated. The venue was immaculate and inviting, with decor that was nothing short of stunning. The ambiance made us feel right at home. From the flavorful chicken wings to the perfectly cooked salmon, every dish was outstanding, and my mojito was expertly crafted. This was my first visit to this establishment, and I’m already looking forward to returning. Thank you for the remarkable service!
