Formerly in Queens, our restaurant created a space for people to eat, drink, celebrate, and experience Eastern European cuisine. Now in the West Village, we aim to bring our community together for a meal that makes you feel at home. Sveta is new, but also homey and modern. Walk in for a beer or a quick bite, or bring a party of 60 and dance until midnight.

Family style European/Ukrainian cuisine with a Portuguese influence. Join us to celebrate, love life and family.

On weekends groups of more than 7 its a minimum of $60 per person. Come & Stop By to be parry of the Sveta Family

                                                                  My daughter and I enjoyed our lunch at Sveta! The staff was very helpful with discussing the menu and the food was absolutely delicious. This is not just a pretty place but they have amazing culinary skills as well! I highly recommend!

                                                                  Sveta is a fun spot for good bite. We opted for the Unlimited Mimosa Brunch for $65 which included unlimited mimosas and 1 entree. The ambiance, food, and service was exceptional. We even met Sveta and her son, who were there "getting their hands dirty" too, as it was very crowded. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and intend to go back in the fall, just to see the color pallet.

                                                                  Went for 1st time with friends to celebrate a birthday. The pocketbook drinks are amazing!! The place is quaint, ethereal and presents great picture opportunities. The food was pretty good. Overall a bit pricy but it’s an AWESOME EXPERIENCE!

                                                                  This is one of the best places for great food and drinks. Fun crowd very unique and homely atmosphere and unbelievable and impeccable service. Thank you Alan for welcoming us so warmly and taking great care of our party and a big thank you to Kate who offered the highest possible quality of service. Despite the restaurant being packed to the limit we did not have a single minute of extra waiting. The drinks were delicious and gorgeous, the prices are reasonable the food is great and its in a wonderful location!

                                                                  Complete mess started at the door. Nobody took care of guests and some people were waiting for more than 40 min of their reservation. Even though open table had open slots to book, the place was overcrowded which means they don’t care about reservation system. The place was loud and nothing like family owned restaurant as it was presented on the website
