I have been excited to try out this new location of Sushi San (love the river north location) and this did not disappoint! Very similar menu, but I loved the Lincoln Park feel that they had throughout the restaurant. Would love to sit at the bar or outside next time I come in

The restaurant is so loud it was not possible to have a conversation comfortably.

Two of us dined at Sushi-San and it’s in a great location and has great design elements. The flavors were great but I wish they had more sushi choices. We did not like the scallop roll at all but loved the others we tried. We also had the goyza, miso soup, shishito peppers and edamame as apps. All were very good! Both the edamame and shishito peppers had a spicy, salty seasoning that was quite good. Our only complaint is that it took a long time to get drinks (to the point we finished our meal before our 2nd drink came) and we had to ask the server for assistance several times rather than her coming to us to ask if we needed anything (ie add’l drinks or the final bill). Overall it was a great spot and we’ll be back!

With a reservation, we still had to wait over 20 minutes to be seated. It would have been nice to have been offered something

The best happy hour deals! I got a glass of rose, shared 2 sushi rolls and had an edamame appetizer for under $20!

Everything was great! The food and cocktails were amazing, service was great, ambiance was perfect. We really enjoyed ourselves from start to finish. Cannot wait to come back!

Ale the hostess was amazing and was able to accommodate our party even though we were larger than originally expected and even w the restaurant being full. Servers were all so nice and helpful. We had a great night with friends and made great memories for a special reunion. Thank you!
