   Food was absolutely astounding. The fish was so fresh and flavorful. We were truly blown away by the Bluefin set, however as we progressed to our hand rolls…which were absolutely delicious we were quite confused as to how they came out to our table? The timing was horrible. I received 2 out of the 3 I ordered and then my partner did not receive his first 2 out of 4 until about 15 min later. Then several minutes later my 3rd roll comes out…then about 10 min later the server asks us if we would like anything else. Yes…we would like the 2 other hand rolls we ordered 40 min ago. Mind you, we ordered everything all at once when we first sat down. I asked why is it taking so long for raw fish to come out to us and we were met with an excuse of how they have to place the orders a certain way to not overwhelm the kitchen. There were less than 10 people in the dining room that that time. We were in love with the food but the long delays in between our hand rolls really tainted the experience. We also could not help but notice the couple next to us receiving their food much more frequently than us. Will we come back? Maybe. But I hope that the experience will not be the same.

   We loved it! Food was delicious. Those hand rolls are a bit pricey but they were so delicious. Cool ambiance. Very romantic and cool for date night

   We had the omakase meal and it was amazing. Can’t wait to do it again.

   We had an amazing first trip and it was the perfect experience for my boyfriend’s birthday. The food was fresh and so good and the cocktails were unique

   They use precious parts of tuna for sushi, chef has 25years experience of making Sushi. Very good.

   A fantastic balance between top tier, omikase dining and something less formal that I want to experience “on the regular” - Plenty of parking in the heart of downtown Orlando, with that ‘hidden gem’ vibe any foodie prides themselves on discovering. We came on a Sunday afternoon and had the place largely to ourselves, while Miel , our server and guide , provided an impressive level of detail and enthusiasm for the offerings: I love just going with the recommendations on a first visit and the menu- and advice didnot disappoint- we ordered a bluefin set (nailed it for tuna lovers) with chilled soba salad (excellent soba and flavor), edamame (unbelievably fresh) , two lunch sets with crab, waygu, salmon - with a final salmon/crab miso roll we added on because we didn’t want to stop. Definitely returning, and a must try in the Central FL sushi “competition” -

    Miel and Chef Beck were excellent hosts! The food was delicious and a great introduction to omakase. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxed experience!
