Sushi Saint, located in Downtown Orlando's Creative Village inside the Brew Theory brewery, is a temaki hand roll bar & sushi lounge by Michelin-starred chef Michael Collantes. Each hand roll is made fresh and handed one-by-one to ensure its consumed in its freshest state. Sushi Saint features many beers on tap manufactured on-site, a selection of low ABV sake-based cocktails and sake by the glass.

Made-to-order hand rolls are prepared with the finest global selection of premium seafood, at both the temaki bar and sushi lounge. The lounge menu is designed to elevate date nights and intimate group outings with DIY hand rolls, nigiri platter and other small bites.

Walk-ins are welcome. Reservations are recommended for the 12-seat temaki bar for a more personalized experience in front of the chefs.

We accept all major credit cards and are a cashless facility.

You’re better off going to Kabooki for this price point. The service was good except their drink selection was limited. We had to keep changing our choice because of restaurant not having what is listed on their menu. The quality was great but the flavors were lacking. An over $200 bill for lack luster food. Go to Edoboy or Kabooki

Sushi was good. Elote app was phenomenal. Service was just OK… but I’m assuming it because everyone’s training.

The host was really nice, offered me water a few times before my seat was ready. The sushi chef explained each hand roll, was energetic, and very sweet.

I’ve been to lots of handroll places in other cities and I loved this one but felt they should tighten a few things up - first you cannot take anything for takeout including leftovers you paid for we were told. That’s no fun for peeps like me that love leftovers and I left my hubby at home who said ‘just bring me a roll’ - kind of a Deal breaker. Second, little interaction or explanation of the rolls while being made - you just sit and watch. Otherwise food was very good but I’d love to see this courageous venue do better so I can go back regularly

Taste was great. This Japanese food experience is unparalleled in America. The Maki Bar provided a wonderful dining experience. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive.

My experience was underwhelming. We tried this place for the first time and won’t be back. Service was slow, food was mediocre, and there was one table of men that was loud, obviously cursing, and drunk and disorderly. While the ambiance was nice when we arrived for our reservation, it was the only kind that I can say. Not worth the money or time.

Delicious food. Top tier sushi hand rolls. Very fresh and flavorful. The drinks are delicious ( a little heavy on the ice). Everyone working there is very friendly and kind. I love that this restaurant exists Orlando now.

This was my second time to be able to experience Sushi Saint and it was amazing both times! Make sure you sit at the sushi bar, It’s definitely the best experience! All of the hand rolls I got were amazing, and the Shishito peppers are always a hit!

Great job overall. First time visitor and was very impressed. Food was outstanding as was the service. Tried several different types of Sushi Rolls and wow, very good.
